I have been here twice. The first time I went, Ling gave me a massage. She was amazing and very…read morefriendly. That was probably the best massage I ever received. She fixed a back issue that I tend to have after a long week. This past Friday I was hoping for the same. I tried calling ahead, but someone hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking if she was available. I still went because it had been a long week of work, lifting, and distance running. There was a younger lady who gave me a massage and it was probably the worst one I have ever received. She didn't even try and barely even touched me. She spent more time rubbing my head than my actual body. I'm a very clean individual so it was perplexing. I have never had such an experience. She was very friendly to the guy that went before me, but was a bit cold towards me. If I go back, I will only go if Ling is available. My most recent one with the other lady was a complete waste of money and it's not like I don't tip very well for good service. I should've known better given the interaction over the phone before I went.

The language barrier is steep, leaving one to communicate the service by pointing to the selection from the brochure. The woman who did my neck and foot massage spoke only the words, "Hi" and "Thank you." She did a good job and I asked her name a couple of times (to request her in the future) and she nodded eagerly as if she had no clue what I said. Obviously, that makes things a little difficult when trying to convey information. It's a no-frills place, with lots of massage rooms, obviously I think that's the service they prefer. It appears very clean. I would go back.
