The product is good, but it came with a number of issues that makes this company one that we will…read morenever use again. It is in our opinion that we would not recommend their service to anyone, due to an extreme lack of professionalism on the part of the owner of the company, who is responsible for filming and post-production. The erratic and threatening behavior of the owner prompted the CEO of our organization to send notice that neither he nor members of his staff are allowed on our premises due to security and safety concerns. In our opinion, the owner exhibited unprofessional behavior; making inappropriate comments about our company and staff. Under normal circumstances, we would not have continued working with this group, but time constrictions required that we proceed with 2 Minute Films, not knowing how extreme his behavior would become. During pre-production, the owner provided directional changes to his team, saying that it came from us, which was not the case. When he became belligerent, we insisted that a member of his staff manage all communication with our company. During filming, the owner ignored our direction and shot requirements. Only after repeatedly making shot requests, did the owner shoot the necessary footage. Overall, he was rude and condescending to members of our staff. Immediately after the project's completion, the owner came to our office to collect payment (prior to terms), trying to intimidate one of our female employees, demanding that she pay the invoice. So disappointing, because in our opinion, the talent is certainly there, but the professionalism is beyond lacking. Above all, his intimidating and threatening behavior makes this company one to be avoided ‒ in our view.

My husband and I were so impressed with her work on my art that we requested our realtor hire her to photograph our home when we put it up for sale. I must say, she has a great attention to detail and a terrific eye! She photographed our home and really differentiated it from all the other basic realty listing photos you see. Shannon highlighted architectural features inside and out. She also moved some accessories around (with permission) to set up a better shot to show how the quartz countertops sparkled in the light. Our realtor even had a person harass her because we signed a contract before she could get out to see it person and put in an offer! To me, that says a lot about the quality of the photos!
