When he installed a new furnace for my Mom him or one of his guys stopped up her toilet and after some effort on my husband's part got it working again. If you need someone reliable, this is not your gut.

To "Wayne R."-- I read your response to my posting -- I note with a smile and chuckle you took…read morethree (3) years to do so and you again lie from the beginning. I am familiar with your writing style and limitations making it seem you have either returned to writing classes or hired an author. Nevertheless "Truth pains the purveyor of falsehoods" explaining your reactions. . Your registration at the time of the replacement was lapsed / suspended with the sec'y of state, and you subsequently tried to get around licensing registration requirements by changing the capitalization of the name as you discovered that the sec'y of state site can be fooled by such tactics so you could seem licensed to conduct business in Colorado which is separate from Regional Building's authorization. You need to read up on the difference between the two (2). Despite your misunderstanding of the two (2) you installed the furnace on October 1, 2021, had to return THAT night to fix the gas leak, but had not pulled the permit until after you installed the unit after I confronted you. The permit was pulled October 4, 2021, with a first inspection October 6. The unit failed -- you did not replace the removed louvered doors and had improperly installed the exhaust piping (their words), had no CO detector, and they said your suggestion of hanging a cloth curtain was illegal. Regional Building was apprised of your problems so, if your licensing problems were straightened out then "good for you", BUT at the time you were here Regional knew about you and was tracking you. As for the gas leak it was real as you cross threaded the gas line connection. You rushed to our home after midnight to correct the problem after I offered to call our local fire dept. if you didn't get here immediately. Regional re-inspected October 25 -- it failed. December 30 it was inspected for the third (3rd) time and it finally passed I suggest you find a licensed contractor to explain to you that your bubbling source claim is laughable. I tell every contractor I deal with so they can get a good laugh. You tried this with the BBB to no avail before, also. You forgot to explain how hanging a curtain where a solid door is required is legal. By the way, my thanks to the technician YOU sent to correct the mess you made. He got it straightened out which YOU left behind and should have done properly when here. Let it rest lest you lose more business. R

They were even able to come out the same day. I was an idiot and put the batteries in my thermostat the wrong way, I couldn't see the markings so I tried both directions to no avail, I guess they have the magic touch because they fixed the batteries and got it working right away. The crazy thing is they waved the fee despite coming out and fixing my issue and even more unusual they went into my basement, did an assessment, checked my vents and replaced my filter for free while it was 99 degrees outside. I even insisted they let me pay which they refused. I'm going to need a full replacement soon, I'll be hiring this company for sure. They answered all of my questions with patience and ease. They're super friendly, professional and knowledgeable and were awesome with my dogs (since it was too hot to leave them outside) which I'm sure all dog owners would very greatly appreciate. They also mentioned their most recent visit was with an elderly lady whose A/C unit went out and how they're going above and beyond to help her. I've had several issues with hvac in the past and have had to call several technicians out for quotes and troubleshooting so I can attest that my experiences with this company was not the norm where HVAC companies are concerned but everything a company should strive to be.
