I cannot recommend Professional Landscaping and Design to other homeowners in the greater Parker,…read moreCO region. We solicited their help with our backyard design and installation after some neighbors gave initial high marks on their work (each has since rescinded their recommendations for similar struggles). We wanted a pathway to our back for a lawnmower, patio, retaining walls, and vegetation/sod. They provided a design that looked nice but didn't meet our request for a pathway to the back but instead, stairs. We resisted twice but they kept saying it would be better, so we trusted them. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Installation took about 4 days and on the final day the owner could tell I was not happy. I expressed to him that I was certain I would not be able to get a lawnmower down the stairs he built, to which he said he'd build me a free pathway like I originally wanted. I said I didn't trust his team on the execution and that I'd prefer he provide me the materials and I'd build it myself. After some back and forth he provided about 1/3 of the materials he originally said he'd provide. In addition, his team never installed 6 plants or irrigation, they planted 4 bushes in the wrong spots, they used natural stone steps instead of gray, they failed to install sprinkler heads throughout the lawn, they damaged my existing landscaping, broke my existing sprinkler box and flooded it, and left our property in disarray. Their wiring in the sprinkler box is janky at best and they ruined the wiring in our original box too. We also had 9 trees and plants die which he took nearly two months to replace under his warranty. At times it took them over 2 weeks to reply to requests for feedback or service and they copped attitude along the way. One of their workers, specifically, is a horrible human and I can't understand how he's employed. He's the one that flooded my box and collapsed the soil around it and he told me to my face I was lying to him. What's weird is it wasn't flooded before they came and I found him mere 5 minutes after. When he and his supervisor returned, the Sup said it was his fault and he was sorry for him. Overall there is a lack of integrity. For nearly $30,000 I do not feel they can provide you with value or the respect that you'd deserve. I would never be able to recommend them and encourage you to look elsewhere.

If you have a landscaping project, particularly if you live in The Meadows, forget about getting a bunch of quotes - just go with Ephraim Cruz Landscaping. It took a bit longer than usual to get things going (staffing, supply chain issues, etc.), but once they got started they really worked hard to get things moving. Their crews were polite and respectful, and they sure work hard. Jason spent time with us going over everything (we had a new irrigation system installed, as well as new turf and bedding). There were a couple of follow-up items, and the crew was back out to take care of them right away. We're really happy with our new yard!

Outstanding workmanship,…read moreexceptional customer service, fair and transparent pricing, and flawless, timely execution from start to finish. John and his team came out for a routine service on my furnace and A/C unit. Unfortunately, the news wasn't great. My furnace was bordering on dangerous (John showed me exactly why. It was honestly a little scary! Thankfully it's the middle of summer), and my A/C unit was operating at only about 20% efficiency. Rather than trying to sell me the most expensive option, John took the time to patiently explain the condition of my equipment and walk me through several replacement options. He considered the age of my home, how long I planned to stay there (a very long time!), and helped me choose the solution that would provide the best long-term value. These are major purchases, and I truly appreciated his honesty, transparency, and thoughtful guidance. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The installation team arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently and professionally, and completed the installation with obvious expertise. Before leaving, they made sure everything was operating perfectly and took the time to show me how to program and use my new system. Uncle Johnny's HVAC is one of the finest service companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
