Just these guys a few weeks ago for supplies to built about 50' of fencing at our home. We went in on a Saturday morning with a list of what we needed from their price sheet on their website and they were able to turn that into an invoice and start picking and loading the order. I bet they'd prefer if we would have sent the order in ahead of time so it can be picked in advance. :) The owner was there on this Saturday covering the yard duties for a staff absence and he was very helpful and friendly. I helped him with getting the order loaded on our trailer and we went on our way. The materials were top notch and much cheaper for a better product than we would have gotten from the box stores. We went with 72" pickets 5.5" wide and 3/4" thick. The fence job turned out awesome. We have some more stuff for our garden to build and any new fencing stuff will be purchased from Integrity. read more

I would not recommend working with this company. It was very difficult to get scheduled for the job. I had to reach out multiple times and every time I called it was difficult to get a person on the phone. They provided some recommendations for the fence and we ended up not liking any of them. The gates were way to big and there were gaps at the bottom of the fence. We wanted them to stain the fence too but after weeks we weren't able to get it scheduled and just gave up working with them. read more

Terrible customer service. They did our fence, it had some problems, Jason came out to do warranty work and made it 10x worse and now I can't get a call back. They do nothing but leave you stranded. They couldn't even line up the latch right, it doesn't keep the gate closed! read more

(Likely poor materials and never installed properly so it was falling over.) I wanted to make sure that we put in a fence that would last...and look nice! On the recommendation of our landscape contractor, Lifescape Colorado, we hired Integrity Fencing to replace a 30+ year old leaning wood fence with a Trex fence along our residential property boundary and alley, including three gates. We could not be happier with the quality of the construction, which took only one (long) day. A low voltage wire to landscaping lights was accidentally cut and it took some nudging to get it repaired, but it was done to our satisfaction, so no rating stars were taken off. This company performed work on my neighbors fence. In the process, they came into my yard and got concrete all over a freshly purchased and planted lilac, as well as fracturing several branches. They removed and disposed of personal hardware and lumber of mine without consent. They left the grass in an awful state. Rather than removing metal brackets with Phillips head in the process of this vandalism, they opted to saw through them and leave the edges razor sharp. I have a two year old daughter that plays in this area. I called the company and they offered a gift card in the amount of 1/3 of the damages and when pressed further, became argumentative. They demanded to come over and see the plant and determine for themselves the extent of the damages. I suppose they presume to know the value of my destroyed property better than I, who am in possession of the receipt I obtained not only one week ago and they are also an organization with expertise in lilac plants and the potential for x amount of damage correlating to a prognosis. They said they would be around at a set time to evaluate, so I organized child care to meet them and without communication they failed to show. This company is called integrity but they value neither your property nor your time. Personally, I recommend avoiding them. read more

This is to update on the review posted 8/2 regarding the poor work that was done to install a fence at my home. It took a little longer than I would have liked to get someone out to fix the installation but I will say that Javier did a great job fixing the hot mess that was originally installed. He was very efficient and definitely knew what he was doing. The new fence was installed properly, he also verified with me that what he was installing was what I expected. The yard was cleaned up after he finished. It might be a good idea to have him train the original installer so this situation could be avoided. I now feel like we have a fence that will stand up to weather for a number of years. Thank you for making this right. read more
