Even more frustrating, many of the recommendations were approaches I had already pursued over the past four years without success. That made the report feel generic rather than personalized to my history or circumstances. I also never had the opportunity to meaningfully discuss the findings with a licensed professional, despite waiting months for this process. Overall, I left feeling that my time, money, and concerns were not treated with the level of care or expertise I expected.
