Had we been aware of this, we would have booked our session for a later date as Covid has caused us to be under-employed and finances are tight. We explained this but it fell upon deaf ears. One would have thought that as a local business that they would extend the offer by a week or two. It would also be good practice to inform your clientele what will be happening during their visit with you. Our experience was more of a come here, sit there, go there. We had no idea what was coming next. It should also not be assumed that a client knows exactly what shot is being used in a yearbook. Explaining which shots are being used would have been really helpful and made the encounter less contentious. And, when your sales rep pulls up a picture and starts gushing over how beautiful your child is, please actually pull up the picture of my child, the actual child in the room with you, and not someone else's child. We were simply a number to them. The photographer was wonderful and captured beautiful shots. While it was not a pleasant experience (except with the photographer), we are hopeful that the pictures will be good. I hope that they make changes to improve the customer experience.

Backing up for a second, I needed to have professional photos taken for a myriad of reasons. When I first started my search for a photographer, I was a little bit overwhelmed because I am not from this area, and there are so many photographers to choose from. Luckily for me, Still Heart Photography quickly stood out to me as the best option because of the clear quality of the photos and the outstanding Yelp reviews. I first reached out to Cicily via email on a Sunday, and I was surprised to see that she responded to me within one hour. We quickly moved to setting up a time and location for the photos. She was very flexible on scheduling, had great ideas for the perfect setting/location, and even knew what type of outfits would work best with the location. Her prices are very reasonable for a professional photographer, and she clearly takes her time in editing the photos to make sure they are the highest quality possible. More importantly, she is very personable and knows how to make you comfortable in front of the camera. I will definitely be using Still Heart for all of my photography needs in the future.

With over 50 prototypes, we wanted to find a professional photographer to help us capture the range of colors, designs and styles. We had the good fortune of reading some of the reviews from other satisfied customers of GaneshPhoto and had a great initial conversation with Trisha, the owner. It became obvious that we found the right person because she is truly passionate about her work....rather her ART. Trisha was an absolute professional: 1. She was on time! A fully prepared. 2. Trisha was amazing at making our 3 models (our 3 daughters) feel completely comfortable in front of her camera. 3. she was willing to work within our set budget 4. Never looked at her watch or complained that we needed some extra shots and time! It was great that she was part of the team and lead the shoot. It didn't take long until we felt very comfortable that we had made the best choice in entrusting GaneshPhoto with this important project. We launched our new Etsy store: FaceMasksUSABoutique and thanks to her amazing artistic talents and passion, we have sold over 400 masks in less than a month!

My husband and I opted to do without a videographer, so pictures are all we have to remember our special (and quite expensive) day. Enter Rodrigo Varela - a man who's captured the likes of Jay-Z on film and regularly shoots events like the Latin Grammy Awards, but had no problem making my husband and I feel like celebrities with images to rival those in any upscale wedding mag. Recently, I had the pleasure of spending another day with Rodrigo, this time behind the scenes of my sister's "quince" photo shoot. Watching him work is inspiring as he shudders at the mundane and makes it a personal goal to never duplicate any shot he's previously produced - a challenge even for this experienced photographer considering the Biltmore is a common choice for brides and quinceañeras alike. I only saw a few images during the shoot, but the sneak peak he afforded me assures me he's triumphed yet again. I couldn't be happier and would recommend him to any bride or quinceanera without hesitation. The end result was absolutely beyond compare.
