I have been back a couple of more times and now that I know it is close to my major West to East driving path I will definitely add to my regular stops on that side of town. The pizza crust was really good, honestly one of the better gluten-free crusts I've had. The quiche was good as well. One of the things I appreciated most was being able to eat without worrying about cross-contamination since the entire facility is gluten-free. That peace of mind is hard to find in New Mexico. Before leaving, we grabbed a cinnamon roll and a pecan sticky bun to go. They both looked really good! We heated them up when we got gone and both were great. Overall, it was a great experience.
