I did some scouring of yelp... then found Re-lash and I was able to make an appointment to get my lashes removed with Reana for the same day. I'm so happy I did!!! Reana made me feel comfortable heard me out, and even though my lashes hurt and looked ridiculous she wasn't overly judgmental and kept it pretty professional. She explained how the process works for removal and began gently removing the remaining lashes. Reana gently washed my eyes to reduce the stinging sensation which occurs with all glue removers. Then she wiped my eyes with these rose wipes which smelled great. Finally, she then washed my eyes again, and voila! No more tore up lashes, no mores stinging and no more poking me in the eye! You can tell Reana is passionate about lashes and knows her stuff. She took the time to show me my lashes which she removed (again, from another salon) and showed how different they were from hers. Explained why the others hurt and explained her process and prices. I LOVE how lash extensions look and when i'm ready to get back in the market for them i'm definitely going to check out Reana.

Devi is truly a wonderful person and an incredibly talented brow artist. When someone else…read morecompletely messed up my eyebrows, she took the time to correct them over two sessions and gave me the shape and look I had been hoping for. Her attention to detail and dedication to her clients are unmatched. What makes Devi special goes beyond her work. One day, after having my hair done at a salon, I showed up to her place in tears because the stylist had ruined my hair. She immediately comforted me, gave me the warmest hug, and made me feel cared for. I don't have my family nearby, but in that moment, she felt like family. Devi truly listens to your wants and needs and makes sure you feel heard throughout the process. She is gentle, caring, professional, and always willing to share thoughtful advice. I've learned that great service is about more than just doing a good job...it's about making customers feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. Devi goes above and beyond in every way, and I can't recommend her enough

my regular threading lady is on vacation so i came to devi about ten days ago and unfortunately i…read moream disappointed with my experience. devi was nice but did not treat my skin gently. i came in for full face and neck. she was very aggressive with her threading and made the area under my eyes bleed and my neck bleed. she said "the faster i go the more i numb your skin so you don't feel the pain." the threading aggression destroyed my skin barrier and i am still healing it ten days later. she made unsolicited and uniformed comments about my skin like "i can tell you used to wax because of your pores" amid silence and no conversation. i told her i have not gotten waxed in over six years and she said always get threading because there are no side effects and then she gave me side effects. i had gone to my derm the day before for my checkup who said my glowing skin is progressing extremely well and then it was regressed back from this visit. it was $44 in pawtucket which is more than places in providence. and she did not mention she doesn't have a credit card machine until it was time to pay. there was no else in the salon but me and my friend watching. i unfortunately will not return. i also am shocked by the amount of 5 star reviews on google and how different my experience is based on what i have read.

She is efficient and artistic, apart from being experienced. She teaches classes in permanent makeup. From the first time I spoke with her to make an appointment, to the day it finally happened, she has been consistently sweet. I can sense her honesty and genuine interest to make me feel good about the service. I recommend Diane. I am fortunate to have gone to her for my first microblading experience. I found her through Groupon but I recommend calling her via her phone number to get the deal directly if you want to help out the business a little bit more. This is MY take. If you're still on the fence about getting this treatment--as I did for four years--go now. No need to wait given the quality of Diane's service.

And she didn't put it close to my eye, so probably in a week is gonna need new ones. I kept telling her that the lashes are stuck together. And she acted like she didn't even see it. When I brush it sounds like I'm brushing through naps. If I like this, I could've just went to Walmart and paid less money. I choose to do eyelashes extension, cause I want it more of a natural look. it looks like I put a lot of mascara on and is clumps up together. I am really disappoint with the job that she did for my lashes. I don't know if I'm gonna be going back there. I feel like this was a waste of my time.
