I am extremely picky, considering I tried all over town getting haircuts that didn't meet my expectations. I've always used Diane; she does a great job for me. I have not had Sue or Paula, but I hear good things about their work; my girlfriends family uses them both. They are also taking the necessary precautions during COVID. Each chair has a hanging barrier, to isolate the chairs. After each use, I've seen them disinfect chairs, equipment, etc. Very reassuring to see them take it serious. Also, the location is perfect. It is a part of a small shopping strip with plenty of parking. Perfect location. I will continue to come here for many more years.

Tara and Mandi stepped up to the plate and the rest is history! I travelled to the salon in Fall River for my hair trial and was impressed with the setup they have going on there. Very clean, very professional. Space for my mom to sit nearby to help provide feedback to land on the hairstyle I was looking for. Tara walked me through the process and gave me some tips to best prepare my hair for the actual day. The morning of the wedding, Tara and Mandi were prompt and prepared and got to work right away. I arrived on time for the adjusted appointment, only to be told there were three people ahead of us. When I went to sit down and wait, there was no available seating. I asked if I could wait in my car and be called when it was my turn, and I was told yes. After waiting in my car for about 20 minutes, I received a call saying I couldn't wait in my car and had to come inside. When I asked again if there was anywhere to sit, the answer was no -- and there were still people ahead of me. I was then told that if I wasn't physically inside when they called my name, my appointment would keep getting pushed back. At that point, I expressed my disappointment with their system, especially considering I had a reserved appointment and arrived on time. I was offered another appointment for next week, which I declined -- because clearly, reserving a time here means nothing, and there's no guarantee the same situation wouldn't happen again. Poor communication, lack of seating, and a reservation system that doesn't actually reserve anything. Very disappointing experience.
