Good but don't forget your wallet or you'll go home dirty, no tap to pay here feels like I'm back in 2005 with this place. Also I refuse to go through the drive through wash it leaves me dirty (the only way to tap to pay at this place) the employee saw my struggle and gave me a free wash tho which was legit. W employee and friendly guy too thanks for that read more

Frogs Express Wash - The touch-less wash is the only bay that takes tap to pay - Car Wash Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

I was a regular customer at Frogs, but I will not be returning, and my family has stopped coming here as well due to the consistently poor management and service. The primary issue is the staff. There is a specific attendant who is incredibly badgering and rude. Instead of providing assistance, they seem focused on hovering, supervising, and talking down to customers. Every time I have raised legitimate concerns; such as the brush/nozzle on the degreaser solution being clogged;I was met with attitude rather than help. To make matters worse, the equipment is frequently malfunctioning. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't work, only to be met with hostility from an employee when you bring it to their attention. If you enjoy being treated poorly and paying for broken equipment, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere read more

Super rude attendant. Long time customer but will not be returning due to being yelled at while washing my car. Seems like drug induced form of paranoia. Made me feel unsafe. read more

I have been coming here for years. It's convenient but it's not the only one around thankfully. This place doesn't care about the people. Today it was hotter than hell. The air show was going on and no one was at the car wash. I washed my car and before I pulled out I thought I'd wipe down my windows before pulling out into the sun to avoid water spots. The guy from an upstairs window started yelling at me to pull out. No drying allowed. No one was waiting. It was just 2 minutes. I pull out and park on the side and the smell from their trash cans was totally disgusting. I tried drying off my car while inhaling a smell of sour rotten putrid garbage. Gross. It will be a cold day in hell before I go back there. (And the rinse setting always has soap mixed in it) read more

I wanted to try a touch less car wash. Paid for the $12. It was a short wash and my car was still dirty. You also have to pay to use time for vacuum use. For another $3 I could've just gone to another car wash where I would've had better results. Don't think I'll be coming back read more

Self serve wash lacks soap. Machine cuts off without warnings. Had to pay twice, pretty much cost me what HB car wash would have. read more

Frogs Express Wash offers three services: hand/self-wash, an automated drive-through wash, and a dog wash station. This review is for their hand/self-wash. After hosting a July 4th bonfire, you know my car was in desperate need of some TLC. Since my seats were filled with sand, I decided to purchase a self wash for a more detailed clean. Unlike other drive-through concepts, Frogs Express requires a wait. Especially for those who wash their car by hand. I was happy to find that the hand wash is really simple. You start by using a credit card or quarters to purchase time on the hose. There's a number of different features you can pick from, including a power wash, a power soaper, a scrub brush, and an adapter to wash your tires. The total wash service came to around $6. There's also an option to purchase time with their vacuum. Four quarters for four minutes. I found this four minutes was just enough time to finish one side of my car. Overall a decent car wash experience. In the future I'll pay more attention to the quality of wash given to my windshield, but this was most definitely user error. read more

I enjoyed the ease that it was an outside wash station so it was easy to drive into and then pull out of. I like the options they had flea/tick shampoo , rinse, conditioner and even sanitize! They had the collar chain locks which helped a lot! It was cool that the same machine had a blow dryer (Baz was not found of it yet), but definitely a cool bonus and an unbeatable price. Perfect for those after dog beach days when you need a quick rinse before heading home! read more

I like the brushless car wash here, but no trash cans!? Come on Frogs, you usually have something to throw away when cleaning your car...

Washed the car with bubble brush then tried to rinse with high pressure water but only got soap to come out. Got the lot boy who asked me to reenter my credit card and he would reverse the charge. He then sprayed the HP water on the ground until the soap stopped coming out, then told me it is working. I told him to check the video, since I went around the car twice trying to rinse. He became antagonistic and wouldn't do anything. Broken car wash and lot boy. read more

Basic Express wash is fairly priced at $8 dollars but $1 dollar for 4 minutes of weak-sauce vacuums that barely sucks....well it sucks.

The rating is actually zero. Terrible terrible terrible. Their equipment doesn't do the job. Supposed to wash your car. Does not get it clean. The brushes don't work. Most terrible experience I've ever had. And the people are terrible. They do not help you out. read more

I paid to get my truck washed at the self-serve rinse my truck off and then used my wash bucket and a worker came over and said I wasn't allowed to use my wash bucket and told me to leave and was cursing at me for no reason he was a complete assh$@e never going there again. read more

Decided to give Frogs another shot because they USED to be good and they're super close to our home. Well it was worse than before. I'll never be back. The video shows all the soap and water after exiting Frogs Car Wash. All this for $12 bucks!! What a shame!! read more

Terrible job for $12, never, ever again! The only thing this place did was shine up the water spots, and leave behind a multi-color liquid on my door that I had to clean off. I just spent 40 minutes getting all the water spots off the car! First and last time! read more

I have been to Frogs for many years trying touchless wash and self service wash. I love the dog shampoo station, too! Recently I had an issue with touch-less wash, so I emailed the office with a complaint. They replied in a few hours and told me that the dirt spots are sometimes hard to get rid of during the hot weather month. They gave me a refund, so I can use self service station instead. I will give them 5 stars for a good customer service. read more

Best value and super service if you ever need help. Believe it or not, there's someone on sight almost always.

Went to Frogs for the first time with my Ford Raptor after off-roading to get it cleaned. The touch-less automatic wash looked narrow so I wasn't sure if my truck would fit so I called to verify. Frogs responded promptly and who I presume is the owner came down to guide me in. My card wasn't going through so he gave me the wash for free! I wholeheartedly recommend Frogs and will be coming back any time I need a car wash! 10/10 service and business! read more

Can't seem to get my debit card to work here, but cash works. I swipe my card after choosing a wash, and it says something about the transaction being declined because it wasn't a scheduled payment or something to that effect. I then use cash, and all is fine. Unless all you have is twenties on you then you're SOL. read more

I used to go here regularly to use their auto wash for my SUV. Recently their machine malfunctioned for the customer ahead of me, after I put my $12 into the machine. So I drove away after trying to call their #. I left 2 vm's and an email on the website, with no response or credit to my bank account. So I give them horrible customer service rating. If they see this, and end up replying, I will update this review. read more

It's okay. the automatic car wash left my car wet and soapy. the dryers work, but, there's just water pouring off of they dryer from being wet so it's not really that effective. also didn't really even clean my car, i don't expect the pollen spots to come off, but they layer of dust that was on it? barely budged. it was only really half clean where the spray nozzles sprayed the car. decent price for what it is tho. probably would not do the automatic car wash again but the self service bays are pretty good read more

Great place for a quick, inexpensive and easy car wash & I love their hours! It's a plus that undercarriage cleaning is offered as it's so important to get all that sand & salt air cleaned off from underneath the vehicle. read more

Been to Frogs multiple times. It's nothing special but it is exactly what I like. A simple DIY car wash place that has really good prices. I work fast when I wash my car but I am also detailed and they have all the stuff you need when washing your car. They also have the drive thru if you prefer that instead. There's also vacuums after you're done. I wouldn't wash my car anywhere else. read more

This is the only RELIABLE touchless car wash in town. Due to the thin paint job on my car, I can't go to other car washes and my condo's wash station is measely. You have 3 options, the basic ($8), the frogger ($10) and the super frogger ($12). I tend to go for the frogger as I don't like the extra wax and I like the under carriage spray. Typically, the system is foolproof and consistent. Once in a while, the sprayer needs adjusting, leaving soap on my car, but when the wash is "tuned up" correctly, it's great@ There's also self- wash stations and even adog wash station. I've never used any of these options, so I can't speak to them. read more

This is a review for their DOG SELF WASH. Such an amazing business for the community. Highly recommend this self dog wash because it is reasonably priced and is open late at night when you most need it. read more

I have tried and tried to give this place a chance over the years. I stopped going because of a horrible car wash where I called and explained they should change their soap or check on their machines, no cares about any of that just a yeah yeah ok. So out of convenience I decided I'd give it one more try. Let's just say my car is DIRTIER now then how I drove it in. How does that happen? Wish I took a before photo to show what a horrendous job and how can a vehicle leave the car wash DIRTIER. You guys have one job and you fail miserably. read more

For the price, you can get a better wash elsewhere. Also, when selecting the desired wash, the machine asks for some code, at that point you enter your desired method of payment and you're good to go. On our first run, we didn't know and kept trying to figure out this "code", wasted a few minutes, and had to call to get assistance after much frustration. Not a great experience. read more

I have a convertible vehicle & I can't go in regular car washes so I was glad there was a touch less car wash option available. Based on the reviews I didn't expect perfection, I brought my car towel and brush with me to do touch ups. For reference, I purchased the ultimate wash which was very reasonably priced & it was better than expected, still had some flower pollen debris stuck on my car but I just went around with the car towel and it all came off right away since it was easy to remove from getting wet. Then I brushed my soft top to get rid of pollen debris and sprayed my soft top protector. My car looks perfect and I only spent less than ten minutes doing touch ups, excluding the wait time in the line. I will definitely be a return customer, this was the quickest I've ever cleaned the exterior of my car! read more

Frogs Express Wash - Car after ultimate wash & touch ups =D - Car Wash Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

Came to the car wash. I paid and drove in the tunnel. I was in the tunnel for 10 mins. It told me to back up, so I did. Then it told me to move forward, so I did. I did this back and forth for 10 mins. It was kinda funny. But I finally got it to work. Then after the car wash I went to vacuum my car and you had to pay additional for that. Yah. No thank you. read more

I've been coming here for years and I will say their car wash can sometimes not be very good, I'll leave with the dirt still on my car. I don't expect too much for $12 but when I wipe the water spots to only realize the dirt is still there, it's a bit disappointing. Another thing is that the vacuums there have the worst suctions I usually take it to the car wash by Walmart to do my vacuuming. I'm not going to say I won't be back but I hope they work on improving the issues. read more

Been going there for years....since it opened. It used to be great, but now the Automatic touchless wash machines need to be replaced - they leave easy to clean dirt, and the dryer leaves lots of water now too! :( I hope they replace them soon so I can go back again. read more

I usually come here for the touch free wash, but I have used both the automatic and the manual wash. Both are great, the automatic usually has a line for it but I have paid for the least expensive wash and the most expensive and have liked the outcome. The only downfall with the automatic is it doesn't dry very well. I have a small SUV and I have been happy with the washes. It's great if you are looking for something fast, and cost efficient. read more

Frogs Express Wash - Time for a wash - Car Wash Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

This place has always been my go to probably once a week. That may change. Got the Ultimate wash for $12 and did not receive the normal soap allotment. First white soap soak was completely empty. Nada. Just water and spray. The colored soap was spotty at best. Maybe the machine runs out of soap later in the day? The final wax drop had a two foot swath down the middle of my SUV where nothing came down. Thought I'd let them know and the guy working told me to get back in line (4 cars deep each side) and he'd comp my wash. Nothing about fixing or filling it up, just get back in line. I told him no thanks and he walked away. No sorry, no coupon or discount next time, not a care in the world. Like he couldn't care less. And he didn't fix anything while I was there drying off my still dirty vehicle. Oh well, it's a cheap car wash. It's to be expected I guess. Don't buy the Ultimate wash! read more

I keep going back to this place in the hopes that I experienced a rare bad experience, but after many tries, the $12 drive through wash just doesn't do a good job. Each time, soap residue is left along with not removing small dirt particles. The do it yourself option does a better job. I'm very disappointed. It doesn't even look like I washed my car at all. read more

I like this place to get the dust off my car and get the sand off my dog. There are 4 do it yourself car washes, 2 drive thru car washes and 1 doggy wash. Perfect location to wash down the boat after a day on the water or wash down the dog after a day on the water haha! I come here probably weekly for the dog wash, and use it bi-weekly between car details. You have to keep in mind it is next door to the last gas station on Beach boulevard before you hit the beach OR the first gas station after leaving the beach. So there is ALWAYS a wait. And I mean ALWAYS! I have been here as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. I mostly use the dog wash. I have a Newfoundland so he loves the water but I don't like the amount of hair in my tub or killing my hair dryer. The do it yourself dog wash is out in the open. Expect everyone waiting in line to be watching you. You are right in their eyesight! $10 and you have a super clean dog. Possibly not dry when it comes to the super furry ones but definitely clean! Usually takes me $20 to get my guy almost fully dry! I hardly ever wait on the dog wash. They are usually waiting on me . All in all it's clean and I feel safe as a woman. No trouble makers wandering around, and no one bugging you. read more

I've been coming here for years and self cleaning my cars. The equipment was always been working very well, the facility is always clean and I would consider it a very well ran business. However, what I find extremely annoying is that old classic rock music blaring at 100 decibels you can't escape and it's on a lope constantly repeating. If I hear Guns and Roses, Queen or Lynard Skynyrd one more time my heads gonna explode. That's a 2 point deduction. read more
