terrible work! lots of low spots lots of high spots wasn't rolled correctly falling apart already…read moreafter a few weeks stepped on the edge and it gave out (if it cant hold a person hows it going to hold a car?) pieces of aggregate popping out. left black spots on the concrete apron cause they were in a hurry and didn't prep correctly. supervisor was rude and just left when they were done never asked me if I was happy just gone. purposefully damaged my tree. asphalt is not even level with apron. they came and looked and wont do anything about the issues. The best part is we noticed that our concrete slabs in front of our large storge shed also needed to be raised, so I called him up a couple of days before he was to come out and fix our garage floor and I asked him if he could fix the slabs in front of the shed. Shawn did a project for me that initially looked like a long term fix. After I saw some settling a year or so later I reached out to Shawn and he agreed to come out and take a look. After the meeting Shawn said he would be out within about two weeks to come take care of the issue with a little more lifting. Now a year later after texts, phone calls and emails that have all been ignored I am sitting with an issue and no warranty repair. Shawn was eager to talk about his warranty and his website boats of an industry leading 5 year warranty but do not believe it! It is just sad because my fix is so easy and he is still has no follow through and does not care about honoring our contract. Look elsewhere for your project.

"There is nothing we can do to change this now that the…read moreconcrete is hard" was the response to a blatant aesthetic patch on my patio that I pointed out prior to full payment. I He didn't offer any solution to my concern nor did he acknowledge or apologize that I was concerned. Tyler said they had to patch a part of my patio because the broom slipped when giving it the finish so they accessed it from my door. The lines didn't blend at all and when it was drying and looked like I had an off center door mat engraved in the cement at that time. I asked Tyler about it before paying in full and he said it looks different because it was laid at different times so it drying differently and will blend. Well, days later there is still a stark difference and still looks like I have an off center door mat on my patio. Bringing this up to Tyler he continued to tell me it's a broom finish as if I don't know what I'm talking about. Then he finally acknowledged that yes, it does look like there is a patched spot. He said it will wear down and blend within time. Well, now that I have an off center "door mat" on my patio I guess I'll have to have a neighborhood party and have them stand on the rectangle by the door so we can wear it down. I'll be having a lot of parties it looks like. The more I addressed my concerns the more he denied any wrongdoing. He finally said he is happy to meet and discuss to "remove and replace if you would like but this would be at your expense" To top it all off the last feedback I received was "we gave you a patio you can walk on" apparently they don't care what it looks like. However, I tend to care what things look like.
