Keep in mind the closer you can get it to just picked the better. The further sweet corn gets from picking the more starch and less sugar. When the poor guy finally arrived, all he had was his smart phone to try and check off the members of the restive crowd. A freaking piece of paper on a clipboard would have been 3 times faster. The corn was not even that good. I expected giant ears like we got last time and usually get. These were small to average. I expected husks to be full. Some corn had husks partially peeled. And it wasn't like they were giving them away. Lessons learned. They owe us $25 and an apology.
