I was so upset and in pain after this experience that I had to have my father call in for me to help me with this situation. I have a hard time with awkward confrontation in person (which is an issue of my own I'm working on but has nothing to do with this) he then proceeded to tell you to stay on the line and that he would be adding me to the call so I could tell you how I felt. You had hung up after calling me a "scam artist" and when we proceeded to call you back you wouldn't pick up. Yes I tipped you people for physically abusing me but only because I AM a genuine good and sweet person. It was then after I got back to my hotel, crying beside myself in SO much pain with bruises everywhere barely able to lay back on my bed. I then had time to process what had happened and realized there was NO way I was going to pay to be treated that way and be literally not only physically abused but completely exposed and extremely uncomfortable while laying naked on the massage table by your therapist. And I didn't appreciate you making me feel like I had done something wrong by not "changing in the correct spot" or "using the locker" because when I arrived you were not there to greet me and tell me where to go or what to do... you and I both know that when I first called you to book my appointment I told you I wanted a Swedish massage because I wanted to relax. Not a deep tissue which you then tried to up-sell and convince me to get. I never wanted such a deep tissue massage and you knew better. And again, I don't understand why you lied saying you called me to apologize and left a voicemail when that is absolutely and positively NOT the truth. It's hard to find good chiropractors, and I was amazed at the time he spends to relax the muscles before adjusting, stretching, discussing the areas that need attention, showing stretches to do daily, etc. He has been practicing for over 30 years and it shows. I really appreciate him squeezing me in last minute as well, which was ideal for my vacation. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area and will tell my friends who live here.

I haven't needed chiropractic help in quite awhile, but a friend went to him recently and was raving about him, so I recommended my husband who was having lower back and hip trouble pay him a visit. He squeezed my husband into his schedule and spent quite a bit of time with him, showing him stretches, gently massaging, gently manipulating and really taking genuine interest in his issue. Dr. Dean truly loves his profession and helping his patients. Given the amount of time he commits, his fees are surprisingly reasonable, especially in a resort community. I can't recommend Dr. Dean highly enough (and I love his new location!)
