I have been to a lot of restaurants in the US and beyond, especially healthy ones. Mom's Table is extremely unique. They serve delicious vegan food that is anything but bland. Delicious salad bar, curries, gnocchi, stuffed potatoes, smoothies, amazing raw desserts... and every single ingredient they use is organic/biologique.
