We even measured the take off length by our fingers. We both agreed. She grabbed a handful of hair on the right side of my face & chopped it off ABOVE my earlobe! I stopped her right then but the damage was already done. I asked her why she did that & she said that wasn't too much & it would look beautiful when she finished. I said no! Just go ahead & make the back even. I told her to not touch the top that I would have to find someone that could try to blend or feather the rest of my hair. I was totally shocked by what she did. She said I didn't have to pay & she was glad that I was nice to her. I did get someone to help me & she did the best she could. I now need a wig. I wish I could report her.

I simply wanted an ash blonde highlight and she sent me home with this yellow hair. She told me to come back after a week to fix it for free. My hair was a virgin hair after I shaved it all off 2yrs ago. It was just yesterday and it look like it already outgrew and she said she doesn't want to fix the roots. She made me pay $140.00. When I went back for her to fix it, she made me pay again. She played with my hair but nothing I can do since all the old Filipinas ganged me up. I could have called the police or my lawyer but I did not. In my mind I just forgave her and lift her up to God/Allah. Just a bad recommendation to people planning to go here. I had seen her work on their Instagram and fell in love with the simplicity but yet attention to detail that showed in the Instagram photos. Scheduling an appointment was easy. I just called and booked an appointment. I had got sick one week and had to cancel the day before and it was super easy to do. I do wish they had a scheduling portal. I just prefer the ease of using apps and internet portals. Upon my arrival I was greeted with such bubbly personalities. They asked me if I wanted anything to drink and then soon after Valerie came to take me to her desk. This is where I watched her perform her magic. She was very clean and detailed in my manicure. She made sure my nails were even and smooth. It is nothing like the Vietnamese nail salons. I'm Vietnamese myself and have grown up around aunties and uncles owning nail salons so I like to believe I know what to look for. I showed Valerie some Pinterest inspired nail art for manicured nails and she nicely and realistically let me know what can and can not be done. I appreciated that. I had shellac/gel manicure with nail art. I was very happy with the outcome of my nails. Checking out was easy. They use square payment so I was able to use my card and add a tip on my card without having to go to an ATM or being charged extra for using a card. Overall, it was such a great experience. I love my nails and how they turned out. I scheduled another appointment in two weeks in preparation for a girls trip. I definitely recommend checking out Elite Salon.
