If you're heading to The Magic Kingdom or Epcot, then you'll need to take the monorail which is on the 2nd floor of the lobby area of the Resort. The most I've ever had to wait for a bus was about 10 minutes, but it's generally even faster than that. The wait is comfortable here with benches that are covered.

There was a serious accident on the right shoulder, and as required by Florida's Move Over Law, traffic was moving into the left lane to provide emergency responders with proper clearance. I activated my turn signal well in advance and had sufficient space to safely merge into the left lane, just as other vehicles were doing. Instead of allowing me to merge, the driver of your company van continued accelerating toward my vehicle and nearly rear ended me. He repeatedly blew his horn even though my turn signal had been on and I was legally moving over. I even had to roll down my window to signal that I was complying with the law and safely changing lanes. After passing the accident scene, I moved back into the right lane. Your driver then accelerated aggressively, passing me while traveling at what appeared to be an excessive speed. Throughout the remainder of the drive toward Cape Canaveral, the driver continued following other vehicles too closely and driving at a speed that appeared unsafe. This isn't simply about being frustrated. The driver's actions created a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a rear end collision while motorists were attempting to comply with Florida law and protect emergency personnel at the scene of an accident. I respectfully ask that you investigate this incident and speak with the driver about safe driving practices, including Florida's Move Over Law, proper following distance, and allowing other motorists to merge safely. If necessary, I believe the driver would benefit from remedial driver safety training. Safety should always take priority over arriving at a destination a few minutes sooner.

Both drivers we used were courteous, timely, and professional. The vehicles were spacious and clean. One of the drivers even played a Disney playlist for my 5 and 1 year olds. I couldn't recommend them enough. Any time we don't rent a car and stay on WDW property, we will gladly use them again to get us from/to the airport.

I love that they are all always clean and I have never seen a dirty gondola while I'm here riding them. The gondolas do not have air-condition however due to the movement they always have air circulating through it because if the vented windows at the top. One of my favorite things is that they have a voice over that gives interesting little facts about the parks and different hotels you travel over. They do mix groups when they are on busier nights and days but sometimes it'll be just your party. One for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Both trips they only gave car seats that were front facing. The first trip I let it go even though it was terrifying to have my husband hold his arm up against our barely 19 lb one year old to protect him but the second trip I realized this company truly doesn't care to keep kids safe. I had to sit back with my son to keep my arm against my son to make sure if there was an accident that he would hopefully be protected but it was so stressful. Speaking to their management they tried to pin it on me that I didn't ask for specific car seats. They had me give the age of my kids when I booked. I even double checked before my trip that they'd have a car seat specifically for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Those ages are specified multiple times on my confirmation emails and my invoice. In what world do you put a one year old in a front facing car seat that's at least not convertible to put them in facing the back?! They offered a refund for the car seats cost but at this point I don't care if I get it or not. I care that no one ever books with this company that has small children because they will not take the time to make sure your kids are safe. There were other issues too with having the driver not be at baggage like they said they would and having to push for help with our bags but that's low on the totem pole. This company is garbage and should be ashamed of themselves.

Started with an introduction of the guide, driver and some background on the zoo designation of Animal Kingdom, as that's its secondary purpose. Similar to the general Safari attraction ride, passengers ride in a a truck and meander through the habitats. However, the vehicle is much smaller and the dedicated guide provides more insight on the animals and living arrangements. We also had a long stop to see several giraffes and speak with one of the caretakers. Very informative. After about 30 minutes, we had a delicious African themed charcuterie snack with beverages and desert. There was plenty for everyone although I would have liked more time to enjoy myself. The setting overlooking the savanna habitat was beautiful as it was later in the day, however not quite sunset. The tour continued through the attraction and more animals until we arrived back at the unloading dock.

The 3 woman who served us and hung out it's us all night are so smart and well educated and spoken, they added so much to our good time. This tour is for people who want a different relaxing private experience that is much more slower paced than the parks. From Sapphire Falls the water taxi offers a convenient way of reaching City Walk. While there is an equally gorgeous walking path that follows the same route I must admit I never used it because I enjoyed the brief boat trip down the waterway which was both scenic and relaxing. The boat fits a fair number of people and security on the hotel side makes it nice and easy to get through. Everyone was very pleasant. I must have lucked out because all the captains I had were very pleasant and friendly. Each boat was very clean and prompt. One night returning back to the hotel after the parks had closed the crowd returning was especially large. I heard people in the back of the line voice concern about how long they'd be waiting but there was nothing to fear as they just sent more boats than typical to pick up everyone. It was the most relaxing way to get to nad from the parks daily.

If you have a trip planned then opt for it when you reach your 60 day reservation mark for dining. It is listed under "enchanting extra". It is offered a few times each morning and it does sell out fast. That being said I grabbed this tour the first day we were eligible and believe me this is truly the best tour in the Magic Kingdom. Allow a full 5 hours for this tour. You meet at Main Street cinema, preorder your prepaid lunch (part of your tour cost) at Pecos Bill and meet your tour guide. Our tour guide was a charming lady named Liza who gave us portable headsets to hear her better. She came around and adjusted them if you needed help. We started down Main St, looked up at the names on the storefront windows and learned the history about them. Walt's name is there too! You need to look above the ice cream store after you turn the corner and you will see it. They have plenty of pseudonyms there to disguise the fact that Walt Disney was the real sponsor. After that we headed to Adventureland where we got a behind the scenes ride of the Jungle cruise. It was great looking at it from a different perspective. We toured Frontierland and Liberty Square and then sat down 2 1/2 later at Pecos Bill for our lunch. We had a special room reserved for us and our floor was by our nametags. They even gave us a souvenir keepsake, A Disney Keypin to go with my name pin. Please note that we ate at around 10:30. If planning to eat breakfast that day I would suggest to go light since lunch was so early. We then got priority access to ride the haunted mansion and learn more about the famous stretch rooms. During our visit we went "backstage" to where only cast members are permitted both on the main floor and of course finally visited the utilitor system. We are committed to secrecy on this part of the tour but I will tell you that you will learn a lot and it is amazing with all the things we saw. We spent a good 45 minutes in the utilitor and walked around it. Liza answered any questions we had and made sure we stood in shady areas to combat the oppressive heat of the sun. When the tour was over we were surprised to learn this was her first tour by other tour guides and was awarded her D pin which she could now display. Needless to say we were all very happy for her. This tour is for persons over 16 who want to know more about the Magic Kingdom. No two tours are like. This tour differed in many ways from the tour I took years ago and it was so fascinating and informative. Highly recommend this tour for any who wish to spend their day learning about the Magic Kingdom.
