We found street parking on Grand, which was convenient. Check-in was friendly and organized. We were given programs and stickers to wear, and I especially loved the themed garden decorations in the lobby for *The Secret Garden* musical. So cute! The lobby and theater are small and intimate, and every seat was filled for the show. They had a concession stand offering beer, wine, candy, and what looked like homemade cookies and cake pops. The show was about 2.5 hours long, including a 15-minute intermission, with raffle tickets available before the show and during intermission. The production was wonderful! The actors and singers of all ages were talented, and the sets and costumes were impressive. I really enjoyed the show and loved seeing a local theater put on such a great production. This was my first visit, but it won't be my last. I'd definitely come back to see another show!

I would begin by saying that the parking lot that I had been told about for people, especially disabled people would be in a certain location. It was, and there were LOTS OF FREE SPACES!!! It was a short stroll to the festival. At one of the first booths, we each got a nice bag for signing a card saying we were going to vote. We walked some more. We soon ate. I choose 2 chicken tacos, AMAZING!!! W/ rice and beans. As for my Partner, he had a 2 Tortillas, or something similar. For bathrooms, I was not going to use a PORTAPOTTY. Therefore, I used the one the theater. OVERALL, I thought it was better than SD Gay PRIDE. I just liked the location better!!!

The privilege of visiting this and the education one receives while observing the animals is far different than the experience at a zoo or amusement park. The people that run this place are NOT entertainers. They have a passion and a love for the animals they care for and it is evident in their enthusiasm and dedication. This is a wild life refuge and a great educational experience for anyone who takes the time to visit. The staff have a lot to share. Your admission cost goes toward the care and feeding of these wonderful creatures which would otherwise have perished in the wild. There are Reptiles, Coyotes, Bears, Bobcats, Raccoons, Bald Eagles, Turkey Vultures, and a magnificent Golden Eagle in their care. These magnificent animals can be observed up close where they can be appreciated. Keep in mind that the price of admission is not for profit but instead goes towards operational costs of care and feeding of these amazing creatures. Make reservations because space is limited and the staff is dedicated to provide visitors with the best and most informative experience which will increase every visitors appreciation for the creatures that live around us. They cannot take unplanned walk-in visitors. Special Note: To locate this place, pay careful attention to the directions on their website. Your GPS will NOT accurately guide you to this location.
