Not so impressed I decided to try out a new company and found Jimenez Insurance and I couldn't be happier. They treat me like family - taking everything into consideration when giving me coverage recommendations, answering all my questions via email or phone with the most professionalism and quick. They also send out newsletters, remind me to pay my bill and more. Great customer service, family-owned business and attention to detail. (and for us that aren't native - English speaking!)
