The word "decor" made me think it was sort of like a HomeGoods type of place, vases, baskets, signs that say "Wine O'clock", that sort of thing. In fact they do not carry those, but they have a truly impressive selection of tile, both floor and wall, and flooring. No matter what one is looking for in tile or flooring, they will likely have it here, and will not be plunking one down at a desk to open binders. They also have a much broader selection of colored grouts and caulks than H*** D**** or L****. Well-stocked, clean, huge facility , plenty of staff willing to be helpful but not biting my ankle. Prices seemed good to me. For example, they had a nice beige ceramic tile, 12" x 12", for only .49 each, and I thought it was quite nice, a super cheap way to redo a floor. They have some hypnotic tile patterns that I have never seen before, nice eye candy ( see photos ). So I can't give them a 5 as I did not go through the process of a good size order with them, we just bought a few diddly things, but if you are doing this sort of project, you should consider coming here instead of places staffed by those with orange or blue aprons.

To earn five stars from my reviews you have to be BETTER than outstanding. Robertos reached for perfection and was successful. My wood planked tile is stunning. The crew removed the old tile and laid each plank without a hitch. They are efficient and are approachable if you have a question. Roberto personally popped over to oversee his crew's performance. If something wasn't right, he immediately rectified the issue. My toilet had a slight leak and because Roberto deals with plumbers, wood workers etc. within an hour, someone was at my home and replaced faulty connection. At the end of the job, a cleaning service was sent over to "give me the home as clean as it was when I gave it to them." Seriously, Robertos is a hidden gem in Oxford, Florida. I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.
