His help on the day of was truly AMAZING and it would have been impossbile to enjoy the day as much as I did without him and his team. And more than that, Juan met with me a few months before the big day, learned everything about the event (poor guy had no idea he was hired for a suprise wedding until later! ) and then created a timeline and a vision. He checked in on me throughout the process, asked how I was feeling, and sent me creative ideas on his own time that we ended up using the day of. He even came to our little rehearsal that we did the day before and went over the timeline with everyone, all way outside the scope of his contract! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I hired him to do exactly what his company says they do, be an extra pair of hands on the day of a big event. They did everything from set up, taking care of the trash, making sure restrooms were cleaned and stocked, drinks were stocked, etc. They also brought their own supplies, made their own cocktails to share, and helped manage the chaos. I even saw him picking up kids' tshirts and towels that were left by the pool and laying them out to dry. When the party was over, there was very little left to do on our end, thanks to Juan and his crew. He thought of things I didn't even know to think about. He was thoughtful and caring and took pride in everything he did. If you are thinking of hiring an event planner or someone to help an important day be less stressful, I highly recommend Juan and his team. They were wonderful!! The reception was held at a private residence so every detail had to be rented. They did their research beforehand, by making sure the tent size we requested would fit in the backyard. They recommended proper lighting and size of dance floor. They set up early so they wouldn't be in the middle of rehearsal the day before, and they tore everything down in a timely manner even cleaning the sand off the cobblestones! I highly recommend using Party Time Rentals for any event you have planned.... they will make sure everything runs seamlessly!
