First of all, it's an amazing show to watch!!! 5 gigantic paella pans going at once... all in different stages of cooking! They have it down to a science. Every ingredient is measured and packed so they just have to add it in when it's time!! BRILLIANT!!! This was our first weekend down in Naples and we will be here for a while so we weren't going to get any rice yesterday. That is until we saw they started doing BREAKFAST BOWLS!!! We literally stopped and walked backwards to see if our eyes were deceiving us!! Nope... they were not. They now have breakfast bowls!! A bowl of delicious paella, topped with a soft boiled egg and their own homemade salsa verde!!! We got the salsa on the side because my GF hates cilantro!! Well... she tried it and LOVED it!! For her to eat anything with cilantro in it.... It's nothing short of a miracle!! When I let them know how good it was... they told us they literally just started making it the day before!!! Talk about hitting the ball out of the park on the first swing!!!! I can't even put into words how delicious it was!!! We cannot wait to go back and get it again... and again!!!

David immediately responded to my request with a personal call and we discussed options and dates. We ended up getting a 4 course experience for the 4 of us and he offered our 6 yr old's meal included at no extra. After the gift was delivered he scheduled a call with myself and my father to discuss the choices. This process was the best because when guided us both to amazingly complimentary foods. At this point we added 2 extras to the experience which chef accommodated at an extremely reasonable up charge. Communication was over the top great which is essential for putting on an event like this. Chef was on time and made himself at home in the kitchen. So on to the food.... Amazing appetizers, The mushroom caps with sweet cheese and pork, could have eaten 20. The ahi tuna crostini was unique because of how tiny the cubes of avocado and tuna as well as the quality of the tuna... the light sauce capped it off, it was just fantastic. The second course was a goat cheese fresh spring salad. With strawberries. I forget the dressing but i don't like salads and I finished mine first. Third was a beef tenderloin with a special Demi glaze, Kahlúa green beans (amazing!) and Gouda mashed potatoes. Everything cooked to perfection. Final course was key lime pie with a homemade whipped cream. My aunt joined us as well and has been making key lime pies for 30+ years. She said it was better than any she had made. Can't forget the kids meal. He made fresh, yes FRESH crispy chicken tenders with Mac and cheese. We said she doesn't like too overwhelming flavors so he pulled back on some of the salt etc. I have never seen my daughter mow down mac and cheese that wasn't Annie's from a box. The kids food was solid and made from scratch. Top notch. Chef cleaned up everything and was out the door within 30 min of us finishing our meal. Are you in Florida & looking for paella catering that absolutely slaps? Look no further - Señor…read morePepe's Paella Catering prepares paella on-site that is fresh, delicious & bursting with flavor! We booked Señor Pepe's Paella Catering for my birthday and Señor Pepe came to our Airbnb and cooked up the most drool worthy seafood paella. He brought all of the necessary equipment to cook and serve us and got to making the paella on the backyard deck by the pool. Standard disposable plates, napkins and eating utensils were included in our booking. Señor Pepe took care of all set-up and take-down of his cooking/serving equipment. We added three Tapas to our paella booking - Spanish Cheese Plates of Aged Manchego, Tipsy Goat and Iberico cheese, Meat plates of Spicy Spanish Chorizo and Fruit Plates. These Tapas were great and gave all of us something to munch on while the paella was being prepared. The Spanish Chorizo was a standout and had an incredible spicy flavor to it that we couldn't get enough of. Watching Señor Pepe make the paella was too fun and really added to our overall experience. Señor Pepe was so sweet and professional and we all could feel his enthusiasm for cooking. He can trace his family history back to Galicia, Spain so cooking authentic paella is his pride & speciality! The paella took about 30 minutes to prepare. We had the Paella de Marisco (Seafood Paella) that is made with with Saffron infused seafood broth, bomba rice, shrimp, fish, sea scallops, mussels, clams, squid, green beans, carrots, onions, garlic, tomato sofrito (puree) and garnished with fire roasted red peppers, green peas, rosemary and lemon wedges. We also added 4oz lobster tails. It was soon time to dig into the gloriously lobster and seafood filled paella! The paella was a DELICIOUS feast and the shrimp, lobster tails, mussels and clams were oh so fresh and gave us a taste of the ocean. The shrimp and lobster were large & succulent. The rice was a beautiful golden color and perfectly flavored with saffron. The sprinkling of vegetables - specifically the crisp sweet peas - gave the paella a nice, subtle green legume snap in each bite. 10/10! AMAZING paella. Our Paella came with a tossed green salad topped with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette dressing & dinner rolls. Both great sides to complement the paella. We will 100% book Señor Pepe's Paella Catering again in the future! Thank you for a fabulous dinner Señor Pepe!

Great smoke flavor and perfect seasoning to let the meat flavor shine. I over ordered so we could taste everything or so I thought. We ate it all. LOL. First we had their ribs. Perfectly fall of the bone. Soft, not fatty, perfect. You could see the smoke ring. They were great stand alone, but put a little of their sauce and it makes it even better. Next up was their brisket. Absolutely perfect. A great balance of smoking and fat. It actually fell apart on my fork. No knife needed. And the taste was home run. I got a side andouille sausage. This was also fabulous. What a great taste with a hint of smoky goodness. The wife had the pulled pork. She reports it being fabulous as well. I'm not a fan of pulled pork, but I did have a little taste. You really got the flavor of the pig and it was quite good. Finally, the sides were off the hook. I love collards, but finding them done right can be difficult. Not at Beach's. They were excellent. I could have drank the juice it was sitting in. Their Mac N cheese is creamy and also well balanced. The pasta was cooked just right. They have a spicy hot one as well. Maybe next time. We finished off with their baked beans. I learned their little flavoring secret. Smart and highly effective in flavoring the beans. Soft and flavorful. I would ask them to add one thing to the menu to make this totally awesome. I would have loved a Texas Toast or garlic bread on the side. The have a corn bread offering, but something garlicky would have been awesome. All in all, they get my rare 5 star rating. I'm not a hard grader, but the 5 stars are for truly exceptional and this was the place. They are a pop up, so you have to follow them on FB to know where and when. And here is another tip. Order from them early as they often sell out. You won't be disappointed. As for their prices, very reasonable for the quality of meat and the portions are a nice size as well. So good to value was very good. See you next week!
