The showroom is nice and clean with displays to help give you ideas. They also have an area where you can set a table with your choice of linens, chairs, plates etc. to see how the different pieces will look when put together. Panache Events has always been on time for delivery and pickup the drivers know what they are doing and are always accommodating and polite. The amount of stock is truly amazing! I don't think I've ever asked for something that they didn't have. There is always a sales person to help me if I have any questions I have found Allison to be particularly helpful. If you are having a smaller party and do not need delivery and pick up they have a will call window where you can go to pick up your items and return them. I have found this option very convenient for my smaller parties. Overall I would say Panache events is a clean well run facility that is very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend them! I believe if you give them a try you'll be thrilled that you did.
