The reception was held at a private residence so every detail had to be rented. They did their research beforehand, by making sure the tent size we requested would fit in the backyard. They recommended proper lighting and size of dance floor. They set up early so they wouldn't be in the middle of rehearsal the day before, and they tore everything down in a timely manner even cleaning the sand off the cobblestones! I highly recommend using Party Time Rentals for any event you have planned.... they will make sure everything runs seamlessly!

She made it a point to learn all 10 of our names, and then made playful conversation with the younger members of my family, to make the entire process fun. My husband and I hired Paige for day of wedding execution. She is a very nice woman and up to the…read morewedding day, things seemed to go well, as expected. However, come wedding day, the execution was subpar. We were very disappointed with how the day unfolded and her lack of attention to detail. We spoke with Paige a number of times prior to the wedding day. We provided a cheat sheet to help ensure everything ran according to our schedule (location of items, timing of the day, etc.). We reviewed this over the phone as well as the day before the wedding. To further assist her, my maid of honor and I labeled items to make the day of activities easier for her. The day of the wedding was a huge disappointment and it seemed one thing after another that went wrong. Here are a number examples: 1. We had 3 main signs with our names and wedding date on them, they were blocked with other items at the ceremony and they never made it indoors or in foyer for the reception. Other signs & items were left behind in our bridal suite. 2. Our ceremony was on the beach, so we had flip flops and a pail of brushes to brush off sand for guests. Paige had placed the pail on a table, away from the flip flops. I had asked her to put it on the ground, but she never did. Our guests were confused as to what the brushes were for. 3. Our cake topper was missing pieces on the wedding cake. I included a picture on the topper's container with it fully assembled to assist Paige. Each item was also listed on the cheat sheet. 4. We had purchased beautiful shells that were supposed to be set up on venue tables, yet they never made it out of the boxes. 5. During the reception setup, Paige broke our Waterford toasting flutes. She did apologize and got us other flutes to toast with. She also did send us a replacement after the wedding. 6. We had custom coasters for our champagne toast, which Paige did not place on the tables at the proper time. I had to run up to her after the champagne was poured to ask where the coasters were. 7. We had little bags of M&M's that were to be placed on the guest tables at dessert time. Paige left them on the dessert table. I had to remind Paige to hand them out. Guests later told us that the bags were thrown on the tables during dessert. 8. Our guests complained to us about Paige and her assistant packing up items before the wedding night was over. Our handmade card box was thrown onto a cart and the bridal shell bouquets were not packed properly. While most of these seem like small details, Paige's lack of attention to detail put a damper on the festivities. It seemed like the bridal party had to constantly babysit our wedding planner, when she was hired to free us from worrying about this. If I had the ability, I would have selected someone else.
