I asked for a quote over the phone, knowing that it would probably change when they saw the house which was beyond description. I realize that was an impossible request and sure enough the price doubled. What I especially liked about working with Queen of clean is that they gave me a price range and capped it with a number. The job took three dumpsters, and they arranged for everything to be thrown out even moving things from the backyard where older appliances had I been left around to rust. They even helped me find someone to rake up the leaves in the front yard to make the house have a little more curb appeal. I highly recommend Queen Of Clean. Even though the price was high, it was worth it and cheaper than another service from which we got a quote.

What I received was a " surface " clean leaving dust, dirty baseboards and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I had called the owner of the company to discuss how disappointed I was with their services.... they never answer their phone and never responded to the 3 voicemails I left. It became a revolving door of cleaners, and the last three sessions were noticeably subpar -- cleaners were here for two hours but only able to clean our two bathrooms. Previous cleaners had completed both bathrooms and the kitchen in that same amount of time. Today I was also charged for more time than the cleaner was actually here, and when I raised the concern, Katie was not apologetic about the experience or the lack of quality. I had to send several messages before the cost was finally adjusted. I'm disappointed in how the service changed, and I can't continue with a company that isn't able to provide consistent quality or accountability.
