This company is a joke. Literally. 0 stars would be more appropriate than 1. The quality of work…read moreand the customer service is absolutely brutal and that is an understatement. They attempted to provide service for water damage in my home which escalated into a mold remediation and asbestos abatement job. They pulled their equipment before the dry out was completed. They did mold remediation with no containment and left moldy building materials in my home and garage. They are not licensed to provide asbestos abatement but proceeded to do so, again with no containment, putting me, my home, and their un-trained employees at risk and exposed to extremely unhealthy conditions. They damaged windows and appliances while performing their work and refused to replace them. The list of awful things goes on and on and ultimately they walked away from the job without ever finishing the work ( I'm actually ok with that because they have no idea what they're doing) but they did send the director of operations, Mike, out to address my concerns and he provided me with an incredibly terrible customer service experience, so I requested that the owner of this franchise, Todd Frank, contact me so I could discuss the situation with him. I was mistakenly under the impression that he cared about his business and the quality of work his people are providing, but I have yet to hear from him or receive a call.
