The December repair came off only weeks after (February) getting work from Harper's Preserve Dentistry. I called in to let them know. MOST Reputable dental clinics stand by their work and will gladly repair when it happens this quickly. Harper's does not. Their team did attempt to gaslight me by stating its a sensitive area prone to chipping. I explained the last repair lasted 23.5 years. She said it will be full charge to fix. When repair work like this comes off after weeks, its due to moisture getting in during the procedure more often than not. Not the patient's fault. As I said, the MAJORITY of Dental clinics stand by their work. Its already inconvenient for a patient to have to return to get work done again after a few weeks but I was only seeking to have it corrected. As many Dental "businesses" this is another squeeze you for every cent type of establishment. Not a patient first. So would you trust their assessments? PATIENTS BEWARE.

Conroe Family Dentistry has latest new and high-tech equipment to provide the highest quality of treatment. Upper and Lower teeth were scanned using AI, so they could recreate the proper bite fit. The fitting scans were entered into a high-tech Milling machine that then went about cutting, sizing and aligning a new crown. The entire process from sitting down in the chair and out the door with a perfectly fitted and installed crown was less than 90 minutes. I was referred to Conroe Family Dentistry by a family member. I have now moved from a Dental Care Center and Dentist with a 30-year relationship to Conroe Family Dentistry. Other dentists have told me "just deal with it", but the doc here came up with the perfect solution: we had an invisalign made for me -- not to align teeth, just to create a thin barrier that stops the grinding. It's made of very thin and light material, and I barely notice it in my mouth. They told me that they can't normally do this because heavy grinders would just chew through it, but for minimal and occasional grinding it's perfect. The moral of the story is, they took good care of me and I'm sure they'll do the same for you!

I paid over $50,000 for full mouth veneer treatment with this office. Within about three years, one…read morerestoration failed and required emergency care. I no longer live in Texas, so I saw another provider locally. That provider was recommended by this office and uses the same lab. During that visit, I was shown a clear image of an unsealed margin on the tooth adjacent to the failed restoration. This area is now causing significant sensitivity and requires treatment. Despite this, I was told by Dr. Young that addressing it would be a personal choice and not necessary. I was also told that issues like this could be related to whether I was keeping up with cleanings. I have consistently attended my dental cleanings before and after the restoration. I have been trying to get help since April 11, when the crown failed. I was finally told on 4/30 that a night guard would be remade and sent. I provided my address and never received a response or update. My records state that a night guard was delivered to me after treatment completion. I never received a night guard. What I was given were retainers, which I believed were night guards all along. I raised concerns shortly after placement in 2023, including asymmetry and bite issues, and provided photos at the time. I relied on the guidance that things were addressed. I am now dealing with a failed restoration, another tooth requiring treatment, and no protective night guard despite documentation stating otherwise.
