We were in the store about 10 minutes and not one time were we greeted with a hello, a nod or a "let me know if I can be of help" and there was no one else in the store with us. We both looked at pricing of jeans, tops & shoes. The Jeans were $45 - $56, tops $20 and shoes $40 give or take. My sister later went to Goodwill and purchased Jeans with the tags still on them, the cost, $8 each. I totally understand the need to keep a business afloat at a Consignment shop and prices have to be set higher, but that option of requesting a reasonable price was not offered to either of us or we would have been very interested in buying. And the store is near Gonzaga and I'm sure college students can't afford the prices either. I hope next time I pop in I am given the warm reception that you mentioned in your response. Thank you and have a good day.

I bought extra because I liked the products, but when someone has that high of a level of customer service, you can't help but enjoy yourself while you're in their store. I wish more businesses would have this level of customer service on a daily basis! I WILL BE BACK for more awesome shoes and most of all the FANTASTIC customer service! The jacket lead time is a few months, which is expected, but we received a call to pick up my son's jacket before we thought it would be done.
