I don't like to speak up normally so I paid but I felt like I was cheated so I decided to call Tina and she's told me to come back to the store for them to fix it. I told her I don't have time as I'm going out of town for them to fix my pedicure, I'd rather just have some part of partial refund or voucher for my next pedicure. She told me to come anyways.... Once arriving I was told by the man immediately to go sit down to do my pedicure again and I told him I already explained I don't have time for that. He decided to ask what "MY PROBLEM WAS". So I told him my problem is that I came in here with my friend to get a pedicure and we both paid the same price but for some reason I got half the quality she got. That's my problem. Anyways, they refused to give me a refund and I told them I'd never be back.
