I thought that since the stylist was more mature, I was getting ((and paying for)) a master stylist... but it turns out she had recently graduated-- so $175 for cut and highlights is a pretty steep for someone with less than 5 years experience. I was the only customer there and she couldn't even take time to talk to me. She sprayed me with shampoo and then sprayed me all over with water and never even apologized.
