If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a gel pedicure with my friend and we both got the exact same package. For some reason the guy doing mine decided it was okay to half way do his job while my friend got the full pedicure experience. I don't like to speak up normally so I paid but I felt like I was cheated so I decided to call Tina and she's told me to come back to the store for them to fix it. I told her I don't have time as I'm going out of town for them to fix my pedicure, I'd rather just have some part of partial refund or voucher for my next pedicure. She told me to come anyways.... Once arriving I was told by the man immediately to go sit down to do my pedicure again and I told him I already explained I don't have time for that. He decided to ask what "MY PROBLEM WAS". So I told him my problem is that I came in here with my friend to get a pedicure and we both paid the same price but for some reason I got half the quality she got. That's my problem. I'm not sure of this man's name but he is very rude and unprofessional, handled my feet very roughly after I asked him politely to fix one of my toes nails and stormed off. He was very rude from the beginning but I gave him grace due to the fact I visit the shop a lot. Soo thankful for Tina coming to service me after. read more

I never leave bad reviews, I'm the person who gives everyone grace... but PLEASE beware... this place is so unprofessional. I asked the technician to please cut my nails alittle shorter... he responded by raising his voice at me. Gave me a couple of eye rolls too. So I asked him was he having a bad day... oh that didn't go so well. He stood up and cut his light off and left. On top of that the manager only apologized but still charged me as it was a full fill. No buffing of my nails... no paint done. I work corporate world and have a conference this week. I usually travel to Dallas for my nails, thought I give this place a try. Just Horrible!!! I've gone to this salon for over a year and each time it's gotten worse and worse. The wait to see the only nail tech that has the skills to do anything worth the price is 2-3 hours!! Then she's also the only person that does eyebrows, so if anyone walks in that needs eyebrows she'll stop working on your nails to work on an eyebrow wax!! Her husband Andy is incredibly rude and just doesn't seem to care about customer service! I will not return after my last time there. I waited 3.5 hours for Tina to be able to get to me, they don't take appointments, so your only option is to wait or come back. She started doing my nails and it wasn't looking like I wanted, so I tell he that's not like the picture and ask if she can take it off and do leopard like she's done in the past. Her husband sitting next to her tells me you'll have to pay for the extra work because it's not her fault she couldn't match my picture! I told him I didn't mind, I just wanted nails that were pretty. She rushed through my nails because there were other people that had been waiting 2-3 hours as well. Not even 24 hours later my nails were chipping!!! You can see the picture of my bank statement and the timestamp on the photo I took of the cracking. I went back to ask for them to be fixed and it was a nightmare!!! I asked the receptionist to give me an estimated time, she asked Andy since he's the owner/manager and he said rudely she'll just have to wait! After an hour of waiting and see the nail tech finish a set and start on another set of nails I went back up to the desk to ask about the wait time again. She went to Andy and he said again just wait. At this point I was annoyed. I said I paid almost $110 yesterday and was here 5 hours yesterday, so I don't have 5 more hours to waste! Then asked for a refund! He told me we don't offer refunds and I needed to sit back down and wait. I asked again how long and he said however long it takes to get to you! I repeated I spent $110 for nails that didn't last 24 hours and have things to do. He told me to come back in the morning, but I don't live close by, so I told him that wasn't an option either! He repeated sit down and wait! Then told me once my nails are were fixed I wouldn't be allowed back to the salon! I wouldn't have wanted to go back anyways! Also I would like to note while I was there someone else had an issue with her toes not looking right and asked Andy if she could get it fixed. He looked at her toes and said he's it could be fixed. After she asked the wait time because she had overheard my conversation, he told her I'll do it right now! He rushed to fix her nails!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE NASTY PEOPLE. The owners and their illegal workers are the rudest, most arrogant Viets I have ever met from West Coast to East. Their "spa" is dirty and the practices are even dirtier! They use nasty, rusted cheese graters on your feet. I literally watched them use the same grater from one woman to the next. Don't go after 5pm because they are tired and will do a half a## job even though they are open until 7pm. Paris, Texas services for New York, New York prices! I spent $50 for a dip set today. When I go to spend that much I expect for them to look decent and finished. The under side of my nails were so sloppy and unfinished. I feel like the girl rushed. I am sad bc I should have just stuck with the shop I usually go to and pay $20 less for much better job! My nails grow so fast and I also excpect my color to go all the way down to the cuticle which they don't. I am going to have to pay again in a week to get these fixed. read more

They are sexist toward men. I know this might sound ridiculous to some, but men do get pedicures and manicures. I realize in a small town it's like seeing a unicorn when a man enters a nail salon to get a mani pedi, however, the nail technicians should be trained professionals regardless of sex. I sat at a chair with my feet in the water for 25 minutes. 2 male techs were working on women on either side of me. They started speaking in their native language and laughing. Body language and facial expressions speak volumes so I knew they were speaking about me. The receptionist assured me the next person to finish would start on me. One of the men finished and disappeared in the back until another female customer came in. He came out and started working on her. I dried my feet off and put my shoes back on and started to leave and was told "men can't work on men". I said that's bullshit, and to a PROFESSIONAL it shouldn't matter WHO your clientele is. The man that did my nails was very unprofessional. He kept telling me that my nails would not look good do the the color choice. Kept repeating it . He cut me twice... not very clean place! I told him my hard gel didn't soak off but he still tried to soak them in acetone ! Cut one of my nails but I stopped his.. he was going to put on tips... if I wanted tips I can buy them from Walmart... if I need my nail longer use a form not tips... in my opinion that's a very untrained nail tech...
