I visit this location almost every time I'm in in the building and my smoothies/bubble teas always taste fantastic! The service is of a mediocre speed and is quick if there is no one in front of you. They have a loyalty program to earn free drinks but you have to load it with money and make your purchases off of it for it to count. I haven't purchased it yet but since I come here monthly I might add it to my collection of loyalty cards :( [creating a heavier wallet]. I wish it was a stamp card like back in the day. The only thing I don't like is they don't have a milk alternative so I can't get any of the milk teas. However, it's not the end of the world. The slushy teas, which are made with water and fruit purée are pretty good. I recommend this location. read more

I went here after a long day and was really looking forward to a bubble tea. First I was disappointed by the service. The person who served me was the only one working and they somehow managed to get my order wrong. It wasn't even busy. I don't understand why they would label a drink bubble tea when they only add tapioca if you ask. I didn't know this and I wasn't asked if I'd like to add tapioca because I already assumed that it would have tapioca since it's called a bubble tea. But what I'm most mad about is that I was charged extra for a drink That i didn't even order. I specifically ordered a small passion fruit bubble tea and was charged $6.50 but I didn't notice this till after that I was charged 2 dollars more because a small bubble tea is only supposed to be $4.50. I will never come back to this Freshly Squeezed at this location and I'm very disappointed. read more

You can't really shop in one half of the shop because there is a line up of customers.
