I picked the paint color at the local Sherwin Williams and they picked it up and arrived on time to begin painting. Only took them two days to apply two coats (expect an extra day if you need them to pressure wash first). I was concerned they wouldn't get full coverage with only 10 gallons, especially covering a dark color with a lighter paint, but they did and even had a little extra for future touch-ups. Considering the ease of working with Reyes, the quality results and customer friendly pricing, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Reyes Painting again.

However, we have a huge den with a 12-foot ceiling, and it was more than I wanted to tackle or even had the time to do so. I knew there was quite a bit of wall and ceiling repair needing to be done, too, prior to painting. So, this time around, I decided to hire professionals to do the job. Our flooring guy recommended 1st Class Painting and Restoration, assuring us they'd do a great job. After getting a few quotes, we opted to go with them. As a couple who hates to deal with contractors and therefore does most of the home improvement jobs ourselves, I can only say I wish all contractors were as easy to work with as 1st Class. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Getting someone out here to give us a quote was done quickly. Getting us on the schedule that was conducive to our timeline was also super easy. We were told the painters would arrive between 8:30-9:30 a.m. each day, but they were here no later than 8:15 a.m. Early arrival is something that never happens with contractors! The crew worked nonstop (except for their lunch break) for the two days it took them to repair the damaged areas, sand and then paint the ceiling, walls and trim. I'm still amazed that they got it done so quickly! It'd have taken me at least a solid month of working every Saturday and Sunday from dawn to dusk to do the same job. The room looks awesome! I love the paint color that I chose, and they did a great job applying it to the walls. The ceiling, the crown molding, the baseboards, and the other trim all look brand new, too. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I did not know a reputable painter, as my previous painter retired. After meeting Price while walking my dog one day, he explained that he had a painting company. The trim on my then 63-year old house was in need of pressure washing and a new coat of paint, so I asked Price if he would be interested in this work. After getting Price's estimate for the work, we agreed to get started. There is always more than meets the eye, whether it is exterior or interior painting. Price took great care in pressure washing, sanding, spackling and painting the trim. He was meticulous, professional, fair and pleasant. I knew I had made a good decision in choosing his company to do this work! Meanwhile, the interior of my home had not been painted in about 10 years. I was ready to change the feeling of the house, as there was a heaviness to it. Price and I discussed the project, and agreed that most of the downstairs needed a lift, and after reviewing his estimate, I said "let's get started". I was two months away from being able to move in and wanted fresh paint in a different color, and all the ceilings painted while the house was empty. Price met me the day of the home inspection and we discussed the particulars. I could tell in the first five minutes that he was a professional and I felt confidence in him right away, which was important since I wouldn't be on site during the work. He and his crew painted the ceilings and repaired the walls which were a mess, then painted. A point of great customer service was that I requested that old light fixtures, drapery hardware, and a ceiling fan be removed and they did this for me.
