Prior to the move, they called a couple of times to confirm locations, prices and optional add-on's. My brother, the packing guru, used straps to secure items. When I opened the door upon arrival in California, not a thing was out of place or damaged. It truly could not have been easier. The customer service was impeccable each time we communicated. Once dropped off, we had three days to pack it up and lock it and they took care of everything from there. They moved the unit from Ohio to MN and even stored it for us for a small fee until we could move in. They dropped the storage unit in front on our move day and had it picked up and out of the way the next day. Highly recommended!!!

We told them a few times where things were supposed to go, however my husband ended up having to go behind them and move everything again because they put everything in the wrong rooms. They were likely way too high to remember where things go. My entire house and my expensive furniture smelled like weed. When I told them I didn't appreciate them doing my move high as hell. They then proceeded to become very rude and aggressive. I called the office to report their behavior and I was sobbing crying . Three guys, right on time and friendly. It was a full service move, so the guys did the packaging. They did a thorough job, disassembling all parts of each piece of furniture, wrapping up each meticulously. They could have done better. Unfortunately, a few things were missing and had to be brought back…read moreand one of the legs to my ottoman was missing. Plates and cups that were packed were broken. No one was reading the "fragile" signs written on the boxes. And when they arrived at my new location not all the boxes ended up where they should have been placed. I paid a lot of money and don't feel like I got the quality I deserved.
