Very relaxing enviroment. Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable on dosing for things like chronic pain versus mental health struggles.

After being diagnosed with high anxiety and PTSD, I started the usual meds and a course of talk therapy and CBT, but after several months it was only helping a little. I wasn't really "getting better". I had severe insomnia every night. Soon I realized I was probably going to be taking it to the grave. The only chance, it seemed, was if I could somehow "rewire" my brain. Such positive staff. They even let me bring my emotional support animal, a very ...very pricey French lop. Breeder spent so much extra training the EMOTIONAL support bunnies. Mine eases anxiety. But the staff has handled a full blown panic attack with me. I know a couple times well over my time. I even check to see did they short change my time with at times an IV OF 2HRS..NOPE. my meditative YouTube video always stops when I shut my phone. No. 2hrs right on mark. They give you prescription anti nausea meds and one to help control coronation. The IV also has that going through it as well as ketamine. I wish this was available over 30yrs ago. Anyone with treatment resistance depression...well face it this seems like a pipe dream. I tried to kill myself. Letters to family. Pick time etc. My husband was devastated cause the ONLY reason I didn't was I was too weak to stand up. I went to fresh start ketamine. The nurse said expect an entire new you. I rolled my eyes and said, "well see." After just 1 session that evil nagging voice to kill myself left. After the 2wk build up, it was a new me. I was dressing nicer. Saw concerts. My house was spotless and I no longer avoided socializing. My anxiety went down. I dont need as much of it. This resets your brain. The communication between brain cells has show in real time how they repair and even grow the needed parts on cell to reach brain cell next to it. Ur brain works better because it fixes unused cells. The experience.... during it. No words can explain the vivid things you will see. I never felt unsafe. Sometimes it brings up grief you held onto most of your lives. But u grief it , usually on way home. I sobbed and sobbed. And realized it wasn't me as a little girl. I wasn't something to hurt physically, emotional nor deserved being scapegoated AS A CHILD. my statement over and over again was, who would hurt such an innocent. I compared myself as a baby bunny but in a toliet while growing use to ppl dumping all their messes on me. These are immediate family. Time passed and I was too scared to leave the bowl. It was the only home I knew. So this treatment helped with long time PTSD, anxiety and depression. It's not b.s. for some ppl it's a last resort. SSRIs don't work at all. The staff seems to truly care. You get your own room and I want to steal the leather chair u can move with levers. They got weighted blankets, overly plush pillows and another overly plush blanket. I only played music that was meditative, with 4D visuals. Usually it hits in 6 min. You body feels it first. And it's like laying on a gorgeous beach. The peace and warmth always come first. Then 15 min in, I usually put my cell visual down but always have my noise cancelation headphones on. Then I fall into this rabbit hole. I dont try to control what I see, that always induces a panic attack. These imagines come and go so fast. That's when healing starts. It's like a football stadium. When u take this ur brain gets that field very clear. Full of almost daylight. I see it as a contractor putting in a new fusbox.. then all these electricians can fully see what wires need fixed. Side effect is, increase in sweets, mild headache next morning. (Which still that is still ur brain). I also noticed overwhelming sense of love during treatment. The worse side effect is u will be tired. So I take the latest appt. So I can fall asleep. The next day you're still groggy but that's it. It took a good 3 to 4 treatments to be a new person. The first erased that suicidal and awful stuff u say during that. Other prices are way too high. We found one that works. If you're this anxious and esp depressed go. U have nothing to loose. Oh, never take a benzo b4 u get the IV . After is fine. But a Kenzo, not a long term anxiety med, but klonopin, Xanax, Ativan, and valium. Why? You could die. My life feels like how I felt b4 this depression. I'm talking mid h.s. I was a lot of fun and leader of fun stuff to get my friends to have fun with me. Sleep overs, bonfires, just goofy stuff. Absolutely the best decision I have ever made. And this office staff was #1 in care and explaining all that was involved. Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone who is struggling with anything associated with mental health without success should consider ketamine treatments! read more
