Ive gotten tons of compliments and have sent plenty of friends over to their shop. Happy to recommend a local small business run by such hardworking and just honestly nice helpful people. They take an interest in everyone who comes in and have been quick to offer suggestions for keeping their plants healthy and lush for as long as possible. The baskets I've bought look gorgeous and last the entire summer. Which let me tell you is a miracle in and of itself because I have nothing close to a green thumb. We also buy our trees the day after thanksgiving and keep them at least through January 1st. We've never had a problem with them holding up. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

So no, it's not me it's them. Called to see if they'd make it right. Spoiler: they wouldn't. The woman on the phone couldn't have cared less. Stuck hard to their pathetic 3-month warranty like it was carved in stone. No empathy. No flexibility. No offer to help. Just a smug, dismissive attitude that screamed: "Not our problem." Typical boomer mentality. This place is the definition of a hack operation. Everything I've ever bought here has died. Not one good experience. They clearly don't care about their customers, just your money. Steins actually sells healthy plants and stands behind what they sell. This dump? Dead inventory and dead service. I sincerely hope this place folds. Do yourself a favor: don't spend a single dime here. Total garbage.

I was young and was taller than all three trees- and we all fit into the backseat with the trees. Today the trees are all over three stories tall! I have been back several times since and have purchased fruit trees, shrubs, and roses. The trees and roses are of excellent stock. The ownership is so nice and accommodating, its a pleasure to do business with them. When they were closed they even helped me place a few trees into my car for delivery to my parents' place! So nice! If you are looking for trees, shrubs, or just about anything to improve your landscape- this is the time-tested business in Hartland, Wisconsin to acquire those improvements!

Seriously, what an incredibly easy experience!…read more We were delighted to find a rock/landscaping company with stock options available this time of year. We wanted a white medium sized gravel for our previous garden beds around the house. The summer got away from us, and we found that our options were limited. Once we gave Lurvey's a call and were invited to stop by, we were floored! Their customer service was top notch, and they even provided samples! They had exactly the type of rocks we wanted, and their prices were unbelievable. We were thrilled we could rock around the entire perimeter of our house with additional garden beds at a fraction of the cost of their competitors. Even better, their delivery service was well worth it. We were on the fence about delivery or pickup initially but then told that we could have it within a few days even despite the holiday. Much to our surprise, they were able to deliver our order the same day! Shoutout to Juan for being so helpful and making the delivery a breeze.
