I know I can rely on a treadmill component and a floor/row component and mentally prepare for those tasks. I finally decided to give it a shot, and called about an hour prior to a class, they said they could accommodate me and needed me there 20 min before class to fill out paper work (and I am sure listen to a sales pitch). I said I would do my best, but there was fresh snow on the ground and the class started so soon. I rush there and arrived about 12 min before class, and they rudely announce they need to reschedule me because I was "late". It takes about 5 min to fill out paper work at a doctor's office, so I have no idea what they needed me to do there. Horrendous service. Bad attitude. Invasive marketing. Places like this should close. Working out should be a nice experience, it should relieve stress - rather than add it. I've had better experiences in NYC Orange Theories, but now will NEVER return to the franchise.

He comes to my home most go the times but he has also invited me to train at his personal studio. At times I will train 1-1 but with my permission he has paired me up with 1- rarely 2 others for a group type session. He also sets various times for boot camp sessions held at park or some random place nearby... We focus mainly around bodyweight activities, TRX, calisthenics. We do use weights by they are generally on the lighter side. I highly recommended!

Before joining, I had no idea how to get started, or how to stay motivated. The trainers and staff are friendly and professional. The equipment is excellent, and the programs are well run. If you're someone who isn't at home in a traditional gym, this might be the place for you. This place changed my view on fitness and my life; this is the one fitness routine that I've stuck with consistently and long term. The program is organized and adapted to my needs and goals, Older adults benefit from a stronger, healthier body to avoid injuries, falls, pain, and other issues associated with getting older. You need a solid core for stability, balance and good posture. You'll feel better and be less prone to injuries. I'm 82 and I plan on it continuing for as long as I can show up. Oh, and I'm not the oldest one there.
