We were offered to try their dips. We didn't know where to start and since my husband said he likes spicy food, he was offered a jalapeno dip. I don't like spicy food, so I was offered a "Cali dip" which comes with a long list of ingredients but it tasted super rich and good! It's salmon pink like a tomato base but carries way more than just the tomato. He named 7 ingredients at the least. There's also fresh juice and huge baked pita bread. All dips are covered by ice to make sure they are preserved in hot weather. A box of dip last 14 days for $8 bucks each, but 2 is $15.

He let me try a bunch of nuts when I inquired - and I sort of had to, since several varieties were unlabeled, or just had a sign for what they were, or what the flavor was, but not vice versa. The nuts were good and seemed like a good and healthy snack to bring into a theme park or to have at home. I thought the flavors I tried were hard to distinguish from another after a while, and subtle. I had the fresh Dubai chocolate and thought it was pretty nice, distinctly bitter, nutty, moist, with tons of fresh kataifi crunch. You do have to keep it refrigerated though, as I assume it's made with ingredients that wouldn't hold well together at room temperature - typically a better sign in terms of paleo diets if you've ever made paleo chocolates for yourself. It's a bit atypical from other Dubai chocolate as the filling quantity here is uniquely generous. It's very rare to see a cute, almost timeless shop like this, containing lots of traditional and authentic goods. Would enjoy revisiting to try their coffee and the nearby food.

I'm not familiar with prices so when the clerk told me that my bill was $106.05 I thought it was high but then again I had purchased a lot of spices, so I didn't question him. Once I got home I reread my receipt and saw that he overcharged me, (this was no mistake)! He knew exactly what he was doing.
