Never thought I would miss the routine of yoga not only for the excellent education I receive, particularly about how to better myself physically, but just as valuable the relationships established with the loyal yogi ladies (and sometimes gents) attending. Gwenn teaches with humorous empathy only to encourage and guide you to expect more from yourself and then asks this from you with such a variety of stretches and poises that one is never bored. Andrea's Thai Massage was so unique, and really stood out from past Thai Massages I have had. One of my main complaints with receiving Asian bodywork, is I often get a one-size-fits-all approach. Usually, the massage is not really catered to my body, but rather the therapist is just following a model. Not with Andrea. She was very attentive to my body and really customized the session to address the specific issue I was having. I felt like so much energy was release from my lower back/sacral area. I just started swimming with Bree and am loving that too. I work in Sacramento and have a very hard time scheduling classes. Both Jeri and Bree have bent over backwards to work with me. I am notorious for starting and quitting gyms - but the Jeri and Bree are just the thing to keep me going.
