They paid the wrong company for my condo insurance with my escrow funds, it has been over a month…read moresince I was notified of this issue by my condo insurance policy holder. Both my bank and I have attempted to email and call (6 times so far) to ask to have this corrected. A reputable business would correct their mistakes and respond to clients. Edited: I was finally able to get a hold of someone, the only unfortunate thing was how long it took. Things were investigated and corrected very quickly once the right person was contacted. I appreciate that they fixed the situation immediately once it was finally brought to their attention.

Working with Matthew Chapman at Windermere to buy a home in Bellevue was a great experience from…read morestart to finish. We wanted to buy a bigger home as we grew our family, and Matthew took the time to really understand our goals and what was important to us. We felt supported and informed throughout the entire process and trusted Matthew to keep our priorities in mind. Matthew was patient and always in our corner throughout the search until we finally found the right home. He also went above and beyond after we moved in. When we ran into a few issues with the house, including a toilet leak and a roof vent leak, he promptly recommended reliable vendors to help us get them addressed. Overall, we had a great experience working with Matthew and highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

We would strongly recommend Matt to our friends and family in the area…read more We met with several realtors before choosing to work with Matthew to sell our home in Bellevue, WA. Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. But his recommendations on prep/staging/marketing; his full-service, detailed, and organized approach; and our ability to speak honestly about expectations really stood out. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. We were out-of-state during the majority of the sale, and relied on Matt and his team very heavily for sale preparation. He made proposals, got quotes, and oversaw work. Matt was upfront about whether he thought each suggested improvement would pay for itself, and actively advised against changes other realtors had suggested that he didn't think were worth it. He was always clear that it was our decision and also happily accommodated us doing some of the work ourselves. Because of his and his team's diligence we were able to hit our target list date, with a house that was shown in its best light. The local market had become more uncertain: markets were softening and a similar house down the street was sitting on the market after weeks, despite a price drop. We adjusted our intended list price (still within his initial range) and our expectations, but Matt remained confident in the home and how it would show. We got an under-asking offer early, and Matt went into overdrive to solicit additional offers. Ultimately we got a very attractive at-list-price offer, the house went pending within a week of listing, and we had a very smooth closing experience. There's always luck involved, but we expect that with most other realtors it would have more work for us to get the house on the market and the sale price would have been lower.

I managed the services of this company for a project in Capitol Hill, Seattle. Both the office and…read morefield team were responsive, polite, efficient, and generally wonderful to work with. Costs were also very reasonable for such great service and good work. We were happy with the outcome of the project and even more pleased to see how Terrane stepped up to address an issue with the neighbor 4 months after the field team was onsite. The neighbor reached out to me stating that his access door was no longer usable and suggested that it was Terrane's team that caused the damage. When I asked why he had not reached out earlier, he noted that he rarely ever uses the gate but the survey team were the only people he allowed access to it since he used it last. I reached out to Terrane and asked if anyone on their team had noted anything unusual or if they recalled having issues with the gate. The office team was kind and compassionate, followed up with the field team and the field team supervisor, and had their field supervisor go out to the neighbor's property to look at the suspected damage. They were able to fix the issue to the neighbor's satisfaction. I found out because the neighbor reached out to me to say that all was well again. I am blown away by their professionalism and their willingness to go above and beyond to take care of their clients. I will gladly use this company again in the future and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for their services. Thank you Terrane!
