My wife and I went there with my stepson and his fiancee on june 26th 2021, we had no reservation and were offered a very pleasant table in the restaurant. The tables are well placed and the one we had was separated from the other by a curtain, a nice touch. The room felt spacious, simple but well decorated. The menu is on a large blackboard and we chose 4 different dishes: a vegetarian salad which my future daughter in law enjoyed, a fabulous steak cooked to perfection and 2 fish dishes which were surprisingly copious and simply fabulous. The service was very nice and efficient and the food we ordered was great: the penne with ham in a creamy sauce was copious and very fine and tasty, a nice touch being the fried rucola on top. My soon to be daughter in law had a vegetarian dish, a salad which she was very pleased with and my stepson had a typical northern german dish ( I think) a 'sauerfleisch', 3 big slices of meat in gelly which he found excellent. A place to recommend, and as we live not far we will definitely return there when we are back in this lovely harbour town next to the danish border.
