My daughter just finished her final driving lesson with Lincolnshire Fresh Green Light. Her experience there was nothing but positive. The classroom experience gave her a good understanding of the rules of the road in a very friendly and supportive environment. She was prepared for the permit test and passed without a problem. The drives with the instructor were very informative and gave her a lot of confidence that we observe while driving with her ourselves. Fern at the desk keeps everyone in the loop as to the entire process and what comes next. Everything is very organized and they make the entire process as stress-free as possible. There's no comparison with Fresh Green Light to all other Driver's Ed Programs. I had done my due diligence and it was hands down Fresh Green Light. They went out of their way to help me since we were driving the farthest to partake in their program. I'm thrilled for others they now are going to open an office closer to the north shore in Northbrook. The classroom structure is fantastic and the actual driving program is superb! Imagine, why would want to have another student in the car with your teen? I would only want my teenager having all that drive time on a one to one basis. We highly recommend Fresh Green Light! Everything about the program was a great experience. We had a hard time finding a class schedule that would fit with our daughter's schedule, and Fresh Green Light had several that worked. At first my daughter was upset that she was not going where some of her friends were taking Drivers Ed (DE), but after the first class she was beyond happy with Fresh Green Light. Her friends with later birthdays signed up for Fresh Green Light because of her great experience. All three of my kids have taken driving lessons through Fresh Green Light. They make it very convenient and easy to get classes and drives done with teens who have crazy schedules. Even during the Covid pandemic, they kept us informed and safe and did everything they could to get classes and drives done so kids who were awaiting their license could get it as soon as possible. Our daughter completed the classroom portion of the driving class this summer. The instructors as well as the owner made a potentially not as interesting to a teen (and nerve-wracking) subject fun and something to look forward to daily. I had three kids go through FGL at the same time. Everyone there was so accommodating to us. We had a circumstance that required us to have and excelerated schedule and Fern went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we completed our classes on time. She also helped schedule driving times worked with our schedule. Bill was engaging and so kind and the kids really enjoyed driving with him. I cannot recommend FGL enough! Fresh Green Light did an amazing job during Covid. Very happy that the classes were live on zoom versus on demand as it kept my daughter on task each week. The instructor drives were great and the FGL app is amazing how it tracks the drives and rates each drive and any incidents. I would absolutely recommend this driving school. read more
