Ordered Geogia peaches and Washington cherries. Picked up the peaches a couple of weeks ago, they were ok but a lot of them were tart. Picked up the cherries today. First box had moldy ones on top and a lot of over ripe cherries. Noticed before I left and returned for a different box which looked a lot better. After arriving home went through the box and about half were of the quality that one would expect from the entire box. A lot of over ripe ones again, some had to be thrown out as they would start molding if not. The over quality is not there for the price they charge. read more

Worst frauds I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Took my money on August 29, 2019. Ordered 40 lbs of chicken breasts. Still waiting for delivery. Was just told December 10th due to logistic issues. They are at the same address as a trucking firm yet they can't arrange delivery. They are thieves and do not give straight, honest answers. Never pre-order from this company they will NOT delivery when they promise, you'll get there and there will be no truck or no product and they will NOT give you a refund. If you do get to pick up fruit at the truck make sure you closely check it before leaving, often find rotten food at the bottom of the box/bag. Terrible company. Ordered strawberries end of January online. Realized in early Feb. I would not be able to pick them up. Messaged, emailed, called for a refund. No response. I ended up going to the location after all to get my order since they did not refund me. Guess what!? They never showed up to do the delivery after all. All info about that delivery was removed from all their pages and websites. Has been a month of trying to get a hold of them, they do not respond. Their phone number does not even work. Do not order anything from this place. They don't deserve one star. Terrible customer service! I ordered 40 lbs of chick from them in April and still have not received anything. Every time I have shown up to their predetermined delivery location there has not been a delivery truck. Like others have said, the customer service people will refer you to their website delivery schedule and say that the date has changed and cite their terms & conditions don't allow for refunds. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered the shrimp special and called them 6 weeks later as I never received an e-mail as to the delivery date to pick it up locally. Patrick, the customer service rep said that some customers who ordered from them have not been getting the e-mails. I inquired if they had already credited my account, and they had not. He then asked if I wanted ground beef or chicken? Absolutely not, that is why I ordered seafood! Patrick was not apologetic about the lapse in their system. Don't order from this company! I ordered in Oct and the delivery was delayed twice and so I asked for a refund. They tried to convince me to take a store credit or wait for the next delivery - I did not want this and so I was told Oct 29th that I'd get a refund. I still have not received a refund - I emailed Nov 20th and after 10 days they emailed back again. They said my refund was pending (ummm...30 days later!?!) and said if I'd take store credit or better yet, wait for the delivery that is suppose to happen on Dec 13th, - "that would be much faster". Not happy but feeling that I won't get my money from this company - I'm reluctantly waiting until Dec 13th to see if the delivery happens! If it does not - I will insist on a refund. Negative star! Never had a problem with my fruit when it was owned by The Fruitclub, but I ordered the cherries and they were moldy. Took forever to get replies, I asked if I could just get a credit to purchase something later, was told the accountant would get with me in a week of course I heard nothing for about 2 weeks, finally I had it with them and said GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, then they immediately replied with a code for future credit. I was looking forward to the grapes (fruitclub's) because they were always sweet, plump and crispy which usually come in the late fall for delivery (October) but with fresh farms they came in mid August and they were completely inedible! sour, small and just horrible!! $30 wasted!! I was a customer of Fruit Club for 5 years and now I'm completely done with the whole organization! I wouldn't dare purchase any meats or seafood from FreshFarms or another piece of fruit. Horrible, I wish I would have read reviews before placing an order. I got an email Jul 2 saying cherries would be delivered in my next city and I should pre-order them to make sure I get them and it's cheaper to pre-order. When I ordered/paid there is no conformation email or receipt sent, which bothered me. But, I optimistically go to pick them up, and they don't have them. The people told me I could go to any of the stops the trucks makes in the country to collect my cherries! Like I want to drive to another state to find out they still don't have my cherries. So, I called the customer service number (multiple times, they hardly ever answer) and the person again told me I could keep trying to go to trucks to get my cherries that I paid for. That is not ok with me, so I asked for a refund. She said it would take 2 weeks!! Well here I sit 3 weeks later and my money has not been refunded yet. read more

I've been trying to contact this company regarding my order and pick up and the phone number isn't even working and their email contact system is an absolute joke! You just get an auto reply saying it's a small family owned business and that it could take 7-10 days to reply and that you shouldn't send any more emails until after that time! It also said that if it's time sensitive that you should call that same NOT WORKING phone number! Since the truck delivery day when I thought I was supposed to pick my order up on is no longer showing up on their schedule I started wondering what was going on before I drive on icy, snowy roads on Monday to see if the order is there. I've never received notification one way or the other if the delivery was even going to happen since their website is so unclear about that and they have ZERO communication with you after they have your money. It's a SCAM! Fraudulent company! Full of lies! Stole my money and never delivered what I ordered! I ordered fresh peaches, cherries and maple syrup June 8 and after a lengthy delay was sent the delivery schedule in a nearby town. Then the delivery was canceled with an email indicating a future delivery would be TBA. On June 18, they emailed, stating that the logistics team did not have dates and routes set up and they hoped they would soon. I followed up with the company, requesting the date for the future delivery, and received no reply. On July 5, I emailed again, with no reply. On July 31, they emailed that their system was down and they included links for each state but the links didn't work. I emailed again requesting my order with no reply. On Aug 30, they sent an email that said that the delivery truck had broken down and the delivery was rescheduled. This delivery did not include the Georgia peaches that I had ordered as they were now out of season. I contacted the company again on Nov 12 and requested a refund. I received an email on Nov 14 from Rhea who said she would research the issue but that there were no refunds according to their "terms and conditions," and she could offer an "in-store credit," or I could pick up on their scheduled delivery. My ordered items aren't even in season nor are they available and the delivery probably would be canceled anyway. I live in AZ so I can't go pick up items with an "in-store credit" in South Dakota. I would never ever order anything from this company which promotes lies, provides terrible customer service, steals your money and makes empty promises to deliver the items ordered. I advise everyone to find a different reputable company to purchase items from. Please read the other reviews as many of us have been a victim of this SCAM company. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order with Fresh Farms in February of 2019. This order consisted of beef, chicken, and bacon. The order was delayed initially due to truck problems - yet they did not contact their customers to tell them this. I showed up expecting to see a truck and never did. When the order was rescheduled my husband went to pick it up. The chicken and beef were received, but the bacon was not. They told my husband I could expect a phone call updating me on the remained of my order. That phone call never came. I contacted Fresh Farms to inquire about the order myself. They assured me it would be delivered at the next scheduled date. This date changed several times. I want to say they rescheduled at least 6 times, but to be honest, I can't recall the actual number, I lost count. Fresh Farms sent out an email blast to their customers around October 2019 explaining that yet again the order was delayed. Upon receiving said email, I called them on 10/24/19 to request a refund for the remained of my order. The representative told me that I would receive a refund in the form of a check via mail within 14 business days. On 12/4/2019 I attempted to call them again. The phone rang busy and would never connect. I tried calling them over the next two days and the phone would never connect. I emailed them again on 12/6/2019 to request an update on my refund. They responded on 12/7/2019 stating the refund was delayed because of the holidays. Apparently Halloween must fall into that period deemed "the holidays" as I requested the refund on 10/24/19. I waited patiently, still did not receive the refund, so I contact them again on 1/24 via email - as their phone number still is not working. They informed me that they cannot refund back my card - which isn't what I was told would happen anyway. They suggested that I could dispute the transaction with my bank, or they could give me "store credit" towards another purchase, or I could wait until they are able to deliver the remainder of my order. At this point I am disputing the charge with my bank - it's been a year, and I don't think any bacon could be worth this kind of wait or headache. Do not order from Fresh Farms.
