They charged the same price but the difference in service was HUGE! The first company I hired finished my 3/2 in about 45 minutes. I can't even vacuum my house in 45 minutes let alone clean the entire space. I was shocked to see that all she did was vacuum a bit and dust some items. I still found some areas dirty and definitely not up to my standards. When I called Molly Maid and spoke to Aneta she was so kind and sweet over the phone. She addressed all my concerns and got me an appointment right away. Dia and Jackie arrived right on time and with all their equipment. They made sure that I was happy with every single room once they were done and I will say, it was spotless. My home is my pet peeve because I work out of it and I'm here all day. These ladies took care of every single spot. I am beyond impressed and have already requested Dia and Jackie to be my regulars when they come back. I am soooo happy with Molly Maids of Farmington and would highly recommend them to anyone. Next time bring some more business cards so I can leave them in the mail room. Great job and thank you for providing outstanding customer service!

She will tell you the price maybe higher if they have to stay extra, in fact she knows it is. I got charged over $300 and not $142 the quote over the phone (which I repeated back) to clean a small bathroom, dust and mop the floors of (2) rooms. BEWARE, Grace talks really fast and tell you its your fault which is hilarious looking back at it. - I've never paid more the $140 from multi companies to do the same work, the lowest being $80. -When the the workers were leaving they quoted the price for them to come back would only be $120. -Buyer beware, if you get a quote over the phone from "Grace" you might get taken for ride. I called the office after the cleaner gave me the bill and "Grace" told me sorry their nothing we can do. -I felt really bad to Team #7 they did an amazing job but their scheduler (GRACE) didn't do them any favors at "Molly Maid of Farmington". She sounds pleasant over the phone but don't be fooled. I closing shop very deceptive practices used here.

I have written a review in the past about the crew that works and they are fabulous! Trustworthy,…read moreconscientious and pet friendly. I am really disappointed in the management/administrative staff. After several years, you are unable to secure a time on a regular basis for each week. We had morning for what seemed like a year and then all of a sudden we were late morning/lunch or afternoon. "The crew had a new clean which takes longer." "We never promised you mornings." After repeatedly cancelling plans or being inconvenienced we decided enough was enough. If you have all day to sit around and wait for when it is convenient for them to place you on their schedule then this is the company for you. We will miss Ashley, Ciera, and the other wonderful employees.
