They charged the same price but the difference in service was HUGE! The first company I hired finished my 3/2 in about 45 minutes. I can't even vacuum my house in 45 minutes let alone clean the entire space. I was shocked to see that all she did was vacuum a bit and dust some items. I still found some areas dirty and definitely not up to my standards. When I called Molly Maid and spoke to Aneta she was so kind and sweet over the phone. She addressed all my concerns and got me an appointment right away. Dia and Jackie arrived right on time and with all their equipment. They made sure that I was happy with every single room once they were done and I will say, it was spotless. My home is my pet peeve because I work out of it and I'm here all day. These ladies took care of every single spot. I am beyond impressed and have already requested Dia and Jackie to be my regulars when they come back. She will tell you the price maybe higher if they have to stay extra, in fact she knows it is. I got charged over $300 and not $142 the quote over the phone (which I repeated back) to clean a small bathroom, dust and mop the floors of (2) rooms. BEWARE, Grace talks really fast and tell you its your fault which is hilarious looking back at it. - I've never paid more the $140 from multi companies to do the same work, the lowest being $80. -When the the workers were leaving they quoted the price for them to come back would only be $120. -Buyer beware, if you get a quote over the phone from "Grace" you might get taken for ride. I called the office after the cleaner gave me the bill and "Grace" told me sorry their nothing we can do. -I felt really bad to Team #7 they did an amazing job but their scheduler (GRACE) didn't do them any favors at "Molly Maid of Farmington". Coming from Miami where cleaning services are generally not too expensive, paying upwards of $100 per cleaning seemed a lot to me. After comparing prices, I quickly figured out that Clean My Space CT had some of the better priced cleaning plans. As such, I bit the bullet and tried them out. I asked for 8am the first Saturday so I could be there to monitor and also get some errands done afterwards. I thought for sure they're going to say no (they didn't) or cancel last minute like some other places had (again they didn't). They gave me a half hour window when their cleaning crew would arrive, 8-8:30. I set my alarm for 7:50 thinking I had time to pick up since obvious that meant they would get to my house at 8:30. They did not. At 8 on the dot there was a ring at my door and there were two smiling ladies who said they would be cleaning my house. They brought all their own, took off their shoes and started cleaning. I have two story townhouse with two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. It's not huge but it does take me about a good 4-5 hours to (half ass) clean it by myself. These two ladies finished in 2 1/2 to 3 hours and my house has never looked better. They are trustworthy and punctual and thorough. I think there whole team is absolutely amazing. There was one Saturday that one lady came by herself and I was a little worried because I thought she'd take much longer by herself but nope, finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time (3-3 1/2 hrs). She cleaned just as well as the other two lady cleaning team. So, after a long winded story, I HIGHLY recommend Clean My Space CT. They may not be cheap but they are worth every single penny for the peace of mind that they give and the excellent job that they do.
