Being new, why buy big lots of produce, to have it go bad. What I think you should do, with the produce you have, is put your best effort forward. Wipe off the dust & grime & have all produce looking as good as it can!. I walked into the store & 2 people were standing around waiting for a customer or something to do. There was plenty to do! The only great looking produce I saw, was the ginger. The lady behind the counter has limited English, but makes a good sandwich. The Cuban, still was not on Cuban bread, but it was okay. The farm also offers freshly made apple cider vinegar, which is perfect to try.
