What a lovely way to spend a summer day! The farm currently has u pick sunflowers as well as additional flowers and vegetables. The cost is per stem and very affordable. A really nice touch is you can buy a jar to bring your flower homes in water, which was awesome to help preserve them. Before you pick, they give a quick educational overview so you know the best flowers to pick. Mine lasted over a week which was incredible. read more

We went to Sweet Fields Farm for the pumpkin patch. It was about a 40-minute drive away, and when we arrived, we saw the parking lot was almost full, indicating that it's a popular destination. The farm's entry fee was $14 per person, and the pumpkin patch was beautifully decorated, offering great photo opportunities. Beyond the Pumpkin Patch, Farm offers other activities for children to enjoy. These include interacting with various animals, participating in a hayride for a tour of the farm, and more. The farm also offers freshly made apple cider vinegar, which is perfect to try. On our visit, there were also chicken and pizza food trucks for lunch, making it easy to enjoy a meal while exploring the farm. We enjoyed our visit to Sweetfields farm, as it offered a variety of activities that the children particularly enjoyed. read more

Just a heads up that this place sells out fast (highly recommend buying online beforehand). They do have a decent amount of food options. From hot dogs, tacos, donuts, popsicles and pizza. We were not enthusiastic on drink options though, their wine was odd, sweet yet vinegary. I prefer more dry wines, but theirs was odd. Also, they did not have many options for kids... water and gaterade with food coloring. I would like to see more options without food coloring or even sprite (they did have Coca cola but I do not consider the kid friendly as it contains caramel coloring and caffeine). Other than that, they had a cute but difficult corn maze, lots of cute animals (cows, turtle, turkey and such), a small hayride, cute little games/activities. I do wish their store offered some honey or fresh jams and such but they did have lots of pumpkins (great for carving). Other than that it was a cute and fun place to go to with the family. We really enjoyed it. read more

Went to the Fall Season Fun 2025. It was a blast. Such a cute lil farm with plenty of animals, activities, food and U-Picks flowers and vegetables. The workers were very nice and informative. 5$pizza 5$ donuts! Very affordable. Tons of nature mixed with over sized farm activities. There literally is something for everyone. I don't have any kiddos to bring with me so I didn't get to picture a ton of the kid areas, there is plenty to do as a single adult there!! Check it out! I can't wait to see what other U-picks they have in the future!! read more

Needed something to do with the grandchildren today and saw, on FB, Sweetfields was opening for sunflowers. We all (ages 9 - 60) had a great time. The kids enjoyed feeding hay to cannoli, see the baby chicks, and shooting the veggie cannon. My favorites were walking through the sunflower maze, blueberry lemonade popsicles (nothing but blueberries, lemon juice and sugar - thank you so much!), and picking flowers. A reminder, on my counter, of our great day. Oh, the kettle corn is also fantastic. We shot hoops, took a hay ride, went down slides, and climbed up into the treehouse. Took a ton of pictures. Plenty of parking. Fair price for a full day of family fun. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. read more

Sweetfields Farm 17250 Benes Roush Rd, Brooksville FL Visited: May 24th, 2025 An unforgettable day on the farm! Sweetfields Farm is one of those rare places that blends natural beauty, family fun, and wholesome charm perfectly. We had the BEST time and are already planning to return in the fall for their pumpkin patch! The sunflower maze was absolutely stunning--towering blooms in every direction and a fun path to wander through. It felt like a real-life fairytale. All around the farm, you could see wild turkeys and chickens roaming freely, which added such a lovely, authentic touch. We adored the two Highlander cows--big, fluffy, and so friendly. You could actually pet them, which was such a treat. There was also a goat feeding station where the little ones could get up close with the animals. One of the best perks? Free wine sampling! After that, we grabbed the most delicious homemade wood-fired pizza--crispy, not greasy at all, and ready in under five minutes. We couldn't resist the fresh popped kettle corn, and the pop-up bakery had warm cinnamon rolls, cookies, and other fresh-baked treats that were absolutely to die for. Their large indoor market was packed with fresh-picked zucchinis, squash, peppers, and gorgeous hand-picked flowers. Even better, you could go out and prune your own flowers to take home. Such a magical and personal experience. One of the kids' favorite parts was the homemade basketball shooting section, and the well water duck race game where you pump a lever to race little rubber ducks down a mini stream--so creative and fun! Free tractor rides offered relaxing views around the farm, and the go-kart racing area brought out everyone's competitive side. There was also a playground, face painting, and plenty of other fun activities tucked into every corner. We really appreciated that there were plenty of places to sit, and some shady spots to cool off between all the excitement. It was well thought out and perfect for families. Whether you're visiting with kids, friends, or just looking for a peaceful nature experience, Sweetfields Farm is the perfect destination. We left with full hearts, full bellies, and a bouquet of hand-picked flowers. We'll definitely be back in the fall for their pumpkin patch Highly recommend! A true Florida gem. 10/10 read more

Sweetfields is our go-to pumpkin patch venue! It's just a short drive up the Suncoast Expressway, nestled in Masaryktown/Brooksville area. We usually go when they open (do purchase tickets in advance as they sell out most weekends in October). They do a great job parking everyone in an efficient and safe manner. The recent hurricanes did knock down a bunch of trees where their usual pumpkin patch is, but they moved the pumpkins to a different area so that visitors were still able to shop for pumpkins. My favorite part of Sweetfields is the endless photo opportunities! Especially when the weather is nice, you can capture so many picturesque moments and if you have portrait mode on your iPhone, you just became an amateur photographer. There's no shortage of food and they don't give us a hard time when we show up in the morning with Starbucks in our hands (other venues would make you throw it away). Sweetfields sells yummy kettle corn while a local winery sells wines. There are also food trucks parked off to the side. My only complaint related to food is the lack of trash cans. I had to walk all the way back to the front to throw something away which was semi-inconvenient. Lots of slides and activities for the little ones. Loved feeding the goats and and getting lost in the corn maze. My little one enjoyed playing in the dirt and climbing all over the place. Visiting Sweetfields is our yearly fall tradition and I love it! read more

Oh what fun! Experienced their sunflower farm this past weekend for the first time with some out of towners and it was a relaxing family outing. In a nutshell: Purchase tickets online, there are fees. Parking is free. Thank Goodness! Lots of photo ops! Yay for the instagrammers! You can feed the animals such as the tortoise, cows and goats! There is a U-pick area for sunflowers. There is a 20min sunflower maze shaped like their star cow, Cannoli. I loved the trivia questions in the maze. I wanted more than the 5 they offered. I wished there were more sunflowers within the maze to enjoy instead of only on the perimeter. I loved the outdoor activities for the kids/adults such as the slides, basketball hoop, kart racing etc. Make it a picnic because there are many picnic tables gather at. Definitely would recommend for families! read more

We went with the kids and our 17 month old grandson and we had so much fun! First- get your tickets early, because they sell out. Second- arrive early, because parking fills up! Our day was warm- but we got plenty of pumpkin patch photos, did the hay ride, saw chickens, cows, goats, donkeys and more. Ran through the mini corn maze, picked flowers to take home (sunflowers and zinnias) and played on various playgrounds. They have swings, giant slides, rubber ducky water races, large labrinth boards to play with and so much more! A local winery had mimosas and wine tastings. They also had kettle corn, food trucks and hand pressed apple cider (I loved seeing the apple press!). I have a suggestion for Sweetfields- add some padding at the end of the slides. My hubby went to take our grandson down and Riley tried to escape his arms- John caught him, but swiveled inside the slide and came out near head first at the bottom- and... broke his shoulder! And that cost a star. Actually it cost a lot more than a star- but that's a different story! read more

What a great place. Everyone was so nice there too. There's so much to do with a toddler. He had so much fun that when it was time to go, I had to carry him crying "excavaaaattttooooorrrr!" All the way to the car. They had a sand pile with two little excavators for them to play with that he loved. There were apple cider donuts, cider, pig races, cows, food trucks, tractor rides, a corn maze.....and it wasn't that much! It was a perfect way to spend the day. read more

I loved going to Sweetfields farms to do the sunflower maze and to pick sunflowers.I had a good time and there are a ton of activities for kids. There was a basketball game, kids playground, go karts, and a barrel roller. The sunflower maze is fun and not easy to get through which was nice. If a maze is too easy it takes away from the experience and the fun. I was able to see where the Swiss chard and other vegetables were growing. There were a ton of stuff to do for kids. There are a few things I did not like about Sweetfields. Every patron pays admission to get in to the event and that is fine. My family wanted to pick sunflowers and were disappointed that it was like 5 dollars for two sunflowers. That is ridiculous!! I just paid ten dollars plus tax to get in and can only get two flowers for 5 dollars. I think the price should be more affordable like 1 dollar per flower or 3-4 for 5 dollars. The vegetables and flower arrangements in the shop were expensive as well. Also, there were no great restrooms and just ports potties which weren't that great. The food options are expensive and not that good. Overall we would come back again and enjoy the sunflowers or corn maze in the fall! Check it out if you get a chance! read more

Great place for family fun or field trips. Beautiful sunflowers or corn fields. Animals, hayrides and more

Fantastic fun for the whole family! Came here for their corn maze and to pick out a pumpkin! This was the perfect fall trip! I really enjoyed the maze. There are questions along the maze. Get it wrong and it'll send you the wrong way! Get it right and it'll help you find your way! It probably took us 30 or so minutes to get through the maze! Lots of fun! There were also lots of vendors there selling cider, lemonade, and other food items! I highly recommend trying out the cider or the lemonade! Delicious! For pumpkins, it was difficult figuring out the prices. I picked up a pumpkin and thought it would be $20- turns out it was only $5! So was happy there. But wish it was easier to figure out prices. COVID: I think I was the only person wearing a mask. Kind of disappointed in this. I understand everyone was outside, but there were times where there were lots of groups really close to one another. So if you're covid cautious, this might not be the place for you this year! Aside from the lack of masks and social distancing, I did really enjoy my trip here! Would recommend. Good value for the cost of the ticket! read more

Such a cute place!! We really loved this place's fall festival: good food, several drink options, plenty to do for all ages. Definitely didn't expect it to be cheap, but prices weren't too bad. :) I searched quite a bit and so happy with where we ended up to take my son and mom who is visiting. Lots of things to do for all ages. As four adults visiting the Sweetfields for the first time to go through the corn maze, the idea was to be there for 45 minutes or so. Good food, activities, kind, helpful guidance throughout the property, and the sunflowers, plus the layout, were a complete treat. Undoubtedly, 5 stars. I highly recommend it. read more

I come here twice a year religiously for years! During the spring they have the sunflower maze and during the fall-corn field maze. Was sad to miss the sunflowers this past season due to covid. Such a cool place to go if you're looking to do something different with the family or want to get some great photographs with the sunflowers. For me, it was the latter. Sweetfields Farm is located about an hour north of Tampa and is open for the Sunflower maze starting at the end of April through memorial day weekend in May. It's $9.50 per person to get in and make use of the sunflower maze, take some pictures, and enjoy all of the animals on the farm. They also have a pig race, playground, swings, and arts and crafts for the kids. They do sell water and soda there as well as fresh squeezed lemonade, which is delicious and you get a free mason jar! Plus, wood-fired pizza if you're really hungry. They also offer U-Pick vegetables all year round, when we went it was for zucchini and squash. Of course they sell pre-picked sunflowers as well as giant zucchinis (for $1!!), squash, Japanese eggplant, green peppers, and kale. I'll definitely be back during the fall! read more

After seeing an advertisement on Facebook for their sunflower maze a couple weeks ago, I knew I had to go here, especially since sunflowers are my absolute favorite! I noticed that during this time, they were posting registration for time slots to limit the number of people coming onto the property to ensure social distancing (which I thought was a great idea!). For $8 a person, it granted you access to the farm, the sunflower maze that takes at least 20 mins to complete (if you're fast), the market, and the u-pick flower and vegetable patch. Each sunflower that you picked was $2 each and you could pick as many or as little as you'd like! We also bought a refreshing lemonade that came in the cutest mason jar that you're able to keep! I ended up using the jar as a vase for my sunflowers read more

Also, I love that they offer vegetable picking. Have you ever been to a sunflower maze? I sure haven't until I went to Sweetfield Farms. This is something quite different and fun to do. It's very kid oriented, but I think it's fun for everyone, even a light-hearted date. Late Spring is sunflower time in FL. In fact, the sunflower maze is quite seasonal, and was available for a few weeks. I sure wanted to make sure I got to it. It was so much fun, and a bit of a challenge at the same time. Have fun getting lost through the super tall stalks of sunflowers, take some silly pictures, be careful of the bees that sure love their nectar in the flowers, and follow the clues - there is about 6 clues that you will answer. If you have the right answer, you will know the right way around the maze. Things to look forward too, the misting water at the end, the cannon balls, the animals, pig races, and craft stuff for the kids, the fun little pic opportunities where you put your head in the illustrations and take your pic. Another fun thing is the hay ride too. All for 8.50 for adults, and 4.50 for kids. Also, make sure to where close toed shoes. The path through the sunflowers is sandy and can also be rugged. read more

Beautiful field of sunflowers! Every time I see these sky high sunflowers, I wish I was back in Florida. This place is approximately an hour's drive from Tampa. It's easily accessible. I have come here several times on field trips with my kindergartners. They loved it, I loved it. I have brought family here 2 years ago. We took great pictures. No one was really around. We were free to roam, do the corn maze, ride the hay ride. We are now back again. Ready to take Fall photos. Not going to happen. The secret is out. This place is so crowded that we had to wait 30 minutes in a holding area to wait for people to leave. Once you get here, you have to pay to get in. I knew there was a small fee in the past, but for a family of 4 it cost $32. That doesn't include much. You get the hay ride, the corn maze, and a few little things here and there. But they charge you for face painting, pony rides, potato shooter. I could go on and on. Too expensive these days. read more

Fall is here and Sweetfields Farms is the best place to celebrate the season. This was my first visit at Sweetfields Farm and I was blown away by the atmosphere, activities and instagram-worthy vibes. The parking is free, they have staff guiding you to spots in the field. There are random little games and activities going on throughout the day. I saw they have pig races, hay stacks, see saws, tunnels, mini hay maze for kids, hay rides, a corn maze, goats.... so many things happening! It's incredible what they built out there any so many places to get your perfect fall photo. There's a pumpkin patch that's reasonably priced from $5-$25. Inside the farm house are small pumpkins starting at $1. There are food vendors that include delicious lemonade served in mason jars, bbq food truck, kennel corn, Mexican street corn, ice cream, beverages including coke served in vintage looking glass bottles. We had lunch from the BBQ food truck I forgot the name. Enjoyed the The Papa P which was a cheese burger with pulled pork on top. It was delicious and served with coleslaw and Lays Potato chips. We also took a bag of kennel corn to go. The place was packed but there's so much open space that you never felt overwhelmed by all the people. The staff was friendly, the property is beautiful and I think it's official - I need to visit ever fall! They also have a sunflower maze is the spring that we will surely come back for that too. It was a great place! Wonderful place for photos and when they have the playground open it's great for kids.

I like the idea of local farms putting on such a thing. Many positives such as the maze, play area, water pumps and peddle carts. All of which were included in the entrance price. The NEGATIVE is they charged a $3.00 per person service fee for persons paying with CASH! Really? Asked her why they are charging a fee to those paying with cash and was told they didn't like it either. She said we didn't have to stay! Well little late as my grandchild was there and eager to go in. I can understand a service fee on credit/debit cards or online purchases but not on CASH! We will not go next time. If they wanted to charge 13.75 instead of the advertised 10.75 + tax then that is what they should put on their site without charging an erroneous service fee for Cash payers! read more

This was a great place to get outdoors and pick sunflowers!! Bc of the COVID-19 pandemic they were unable to host their normal festivities but had a safe set up for guests to pick sunflowers! The admission includes a certain number of sunflowers (call to check because I can't remember the details) and you were allowed to purchase more Sunflowers for an additional price! The Facebook reviews of this place are harsh AF so I'm glad Yelpers are more realistic about what they expect from a farm. Jeez!! We spent 4 hours there today for their fall festival. I can't figure out all the complaints people have. Here are my thoughts: 1. I thought the prices were reasonable. $9.50 for adults, $5 for kids 3-11, and 2-under free. And parking is free!! 2. Yeah they have some activities that cost extra. Who cares? Most are outside vendors that Sweetfields has come in so, they expect to make some money. $5 pony rides, $5 for face painting, food, pumpkin patch, Apple cider and lemonade (worth every mother effing penny!). Just bring some extra cash or skip that stuff. 3. There is way more that you can do for free. They have a lot of animals, a corn maze, hayride, bales of hay, a play house, "play ground," and lots of other games. You could easily come here and not spend another dime. Cornhole, 2 huge tires and 4 bales of hay entertained my 3 year old for nearly an hour. What can I say? We're city folk! ‍ 4. It's really well maintained and the staff is super helpful and the animals are well cared for. Also they have clean Port O Pottys. You read that right. CLEAN PORT O POTTYS. I always thought that was an oxymoron but these people pay staff to stand outside of the bathrooms and clean after each use. Not all heroes wear capes. 5. The food options are good. They had a few food trucks with options like BBQ, pizza, etc. All of it looked good and there was no carnival food. We enjoyed our lunch there before leaving. 6. Like all fall events in this area, it gets busy. That's just the way it is. But whether you go here or anywhere else you are going to deal with crowds. Floridians rejoice when it is finally "fall" and nothing is going to stop them from heading to pumpkin patches in droves. So don't go or plan accordingly! 7. Did I mention the lemonade? Oh, I did. Well, I'm mentioning it again because OH.MY.GOD. It was so good! It's pricy but it comes in a mason jar so it just tastes better. GET IT. We drove about 60 Miles (one way) to go here and no regrets. It's on our list for next year. read more
