Derek did not give me an invoice for the work performed, and refused to give me insurance for the accident suffered. They miss big clumps of tall grass and don't mow the entire small lawn. This morning they mowed a little better close to our property line where I have a chain link fence and flowerbeds. I found big chunks of grass blow into my beds and stuck to my fence about 2 1/2 feet up my fence. no, not just a little grass blown in, but the big chunks you clean off the bottom of your mower when you cut long wet grass. Therefore, I contacted Cut Above to voice my complaint. I heard excuses from Derrick, the customer requested biweekly service, they haven't showed them where to mow so they just mow the obvious. I guess what's obvious to the average person is not obvious to his crew. What I didn't hear is an offer to rectify it or an I'm Sorry, I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.
