Since we in the area, my group and I stopped in on a whim, and we ended up staying! They had Geeks Who Drink trivia night, so we enrolled and actually ended up winning the night! Loved the aesthetic and energy of the brewery. Had fantastic beer selection (except no sours were available), and they had QR codes for Oak City Pizza at the table. Their payment system went down partway through the evening, and the staff handled it with class and humor. One of my new favorite breweries in OK! Will definitely come back here again! read more

Love a good downtown brewery. I was eating lunch across the street and noticed Frenzy and had to go at least check in (b/c of the new OK Brewery App). I honestly had not heard of this place before. I had a 4 oz. of a couple of their sours and walked out with a variety six pack for home. Everything we've tried, we've liked. Service was super friendly. The first time I went to Frenzy it sucked. I was with a group and that was great. It was slow and I was looking over the beers while others were ordering. I walked up to order and all of the staff just stopped working. No hard feelings. It could have been me, but I dont like to think that way. Anyhow, I was finally able to order and the beer was good. This was around the time businesses were opening up after lockdown so maybe around August 2020. I chose not to write a review instead of bashing Second visit a few weeks ago: I was killing time on my way to a family event in the area, and found myself avoiding Frenzy by walking to the railyard, but Frenzy had live music playing... and they have craft beer. I had a snack at the railyard and discovered summer moon and it was enchanting, but didn't want coffee at 4pm. Beer at 4pm and giving a bad experience a second chance makes the world a better place I walked in the back door and the halls were packed and almost everyone in the entryway was dressed like the band Kiss... and they were teens. I walked the hall and turned the corner and experienced the cutest kids playing rock. These kids were probably 7, 8, 9 and playing green day I had three beers and they were all great. I had a larger, a wheat beer that may not have been a wheat beer, and an ipa. Come to find out; the School of Rock from a few doors north was scheduled for a full blown concert at the Criterion and they were doing one of the two scheduled practices at Frenzy. Loved our experience at this brewery! It had a really clean and calming presence. We went during a slow time and it was nice and empty lol. We ordered a flight and honestly the beers were fantastic. While we don't make it up to Edmond too often, Frenzy is always a great stop for us while in the area. It's awesome they let you bring food in which you can get nearby at the Railyard, Oak City Pizza will even deliver there for you. Lots of seating and they often have live music. A brewery to me is more about the atmosphere than the beer; I can always find a beer I like on the menu. None here have been standout favorites but that's ok. We were walking off our food after dinner and came upon Frenzy. They had live bluegrass that made my feet Tapp and I wanted to dance. My friend is not a fan of bluegrass and has been here before, and so they also have things like jazz and other genres, so eventually you'll be pleased with the music. Outside on the sidewalk café / patio there were children dancing abs having fun. Their are a variety of tables outside, both large abs small. I ordered a flight of 4 (plus I got a onesie to start). I tried: No. 2 Unspeakable Things (New England IPA) 6% ABV The menu says: "This beer is a hop bomb! It has complex aromas of grapefruit, orange and mango. Just don't ask how we made it. . . " No. 6 Cabaña 'Bro (Double Hopped New England IPA) 6.25% ABV The menu says: "This double dry hopped NEIPA packs a tropical punch! Notes of pineapple and coconut abound. Banana, hammock and cabana not included." (My #1) No. 13 Name Trauma (Belgian Specialty Ale) 8.3% ABV The menu says: "This Belgian Specialty Ale has notes of banana and cloves. We used Belgian candy step to add some complex notes while also creating a clear, dry finish . . ." No. 22 Lemon Ginger Summer (Cider - Herbed) 5.7% ABV The menu says: "An eat drinking English inspired cider with fresh pressed lemon and ginger juices." (My #2) And my +1 No. 21 Naughty Apple Cider (Cider - Traditional) 5% ABV The menu says: "East drinking session Cider, semi-dry." (My last favorite, because I don't like apples. This place is so friendly and an amazing location if you are in Edmond. Outdoor seating that encourages take out from the local restaurants. I love to come sit outside and enjoy a cold beer and some great food from local restaurants. This brewery features IPAs, stouts and wheat beers! Perfect since my hubby loves IPAs and Stouts and I'm a Wheat beer drinker. The Blues and Jazz Cafe plays live music on weekends and events that pour out into the street giving an even more chill vibe. SINGO! Super fun. I'm a rare beer or ale drinker, so when some friends suggested heading ot Frenzy to play Singo I wasn't sure. I thought maybe I'll go and just grab some fries and hang out with them... Alas, when I looked at their website it said they themselves don't serve food (there are a very limited amount of bar snacks like packaged popcorn or something, I can't remember, but it wasn't much). So, ok, I guess I'll grab some pizza next door and make due (I didn't see online if there was soda or anything else served and it didn't seem like there was.... It was a little discombobulating for me... and I felt bad going and not buying anything while i was there.. but I decided to still go. Anyway... to save you the trouble of my confusion... They sell their beer and hard ciders and cans of soda-pop and even some cans of sparkling water for those who are not imbibing for the evening. (pop and waters are just over $2 a pop) It's a great little atmosphere and there's even a QR code on the table for a local pizza joint (can't remember the name... not empire which is next door, but a different one) who will deliver to your table. We had a great time with Singo, which is basically bingo but instead of shouting out numbers, music is played and you watch for the names of the songs on your score board. You're allowed to use your phone and apps like SoundHound and such to get the names of the songs, and its just a fun little evening with friends singing and chatting and playing bingo! We will certainly be back! One of the ladies arranged to go a second time, but sadly I wasn't available. If only there were even just a few pub foods to choose from it's a place I could see hanging out with the family some evening with. But I'm assured the hard ciders were GREAT, so this place is worth giving it a try. They have Singo nights, Karaoke nights and other fun things happening all the time! Just leaving Edmund after a great family visit and I had to comment on this brewery. We sat the bar and discussed our likes and dislikes with the cute young bartender. She suggested a couple of beers that we might like and offered us a sample. We decided on the El Coyote Cervesa. Wow! All the taste of New Mexico chili's with very little heat. Overall a friendly brewery in an interesting downtown location with knowledgeable staff. We highly recommend. read more

They specialize in beer, so pretty much beer is what you get, though they have many varieties such as lager, ale, pilser, etc. They allow you to bring food, or have some delivered while you're there, which is recommended as beer drinking makes many people hungry. Beautiful new space tucked in on charming stretch of Broadway. Just really fantastically built out and decorated. Lots of room, but still feels cozy. The prices are great, and the service is fantastic. The beer is quite good too, lots of creative styles all executed pretty well. This is a place worth driving up to out of the downtown core, and a place any Edmondite should feel lucky to be a regular at. A terrific addition to the metro craft beer scene. I love that OKC's craft brewery scene is finally taking off. This brewery just opened, but I've been able to visit a couple of times and really love their beer. I think Pink Thing is going to be a huge hit. It's such a beautiful balance of hops and sweetness. Sweet IPAs have been a new trend, but a lot of them don't quite get the balance right. This one does. It's a must-try! I also love the regular Yeah Yeah Yeah. It's a Belgian Blonde style but it has a lot of nice wheat flavor like you'd find in a Hefeweizen. Their other beers are also excellent and I'd recommend getting a flight so that you can try 4 at once. The only beer I didn't like so far was the Cream Weaver. It had a bitter taste that I didn't care for and I think with the name I was expecting some creaminess that wasn't there. But to each their own. Not everyone likes every beer and others may love it. Aside from the beer, I absolutely love that they make it a family-friendly place! I haven't visited breweries as often as I did in my 20s now that I am a parent, but I love that I can bring my kids here. They even have an area with some games and puzzles so that families (or a group of kids at heart) can do something fun together! Just make sure the kids remain at the table and don't hang out near the bar. My 2 y/o daughter ran up to me while I was ordering and apparently it's against the law for her to be there. They were very nice about it though. It's one of my new favorite breweries and I'll be back soon! read more

I usually don't do reviews for breweries because I don't know a lot about beers. Since this place is new and I love the beer that I got, I thought I show them some support. We came here after eating at Railyard. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but once you stepped inside, it is massive and open. For a weekday, it was moderately busy. The staff at the counter gave us a good welcome and encouraged us to try some samples before ordering. I finally settled on number 6, called quitcherpeachin, because, after the first sip, it woke my tastebud up. It was somewhat strong, carry a bit of fruity flavor that didn't give off a bitter aftertaste. Lastly, it was summery and so refreshing. I don't think I ever had a beer that I like from a brewery before. This brewery will be one of my favorites from now on. read more

Frenzy = friendly. Great place, well-distanced, fun staff, and as a bonus, excellent beers. Pink Thing has been identified elsewhere as the Next Big Thing, and it is. Three NE IPAs that are unique, so there is one for everyone. Additionally, Frenzy has avoided the trend of making overly artistic, over the top beers that one might find in a West Coast brewery. Instead, they make beers people can actually drink. Super venue as well. read more
