We feel very blessed to have had the chance to work with Bob Cohen from Bravo Homes when building…read moreour new house. He exceeded our expectations in every way possible and made a potentially stressful project incredibly fun. Bob is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and he and everyone that works with him is unbelievably talented. Within a week, my husband and I counted Bob as a friend. By the time our home was complete, he felt like a close member of our family. Bob and I traded thousands of text messages throughout the process and he always made himself available to talk- at all hours of the day and evening. Although we knew that Bob had multiple other projects going on at the same time, we always felt as though we were his only customer. He took every crazy out-of-the-box idea I threw at him in stride, never refusing to consider any change of plans we suggested. He happily incorporated multiple reclaimed pieces we sourced ourselves into countertops, parts of the fireplace and elsewhere. To top it off, Bob made sure we finished on schedule! The service, craftsmanship and quality provided by Bravo Homes is unmatched. We didn't imagine we'd get all that we did at our price point. To say we're satisfied is a gross understatement. I would absolutely recommend Bob and Bravo Homes to anyone looking to build, add on or remodel.

Our experience in purchasing a brand new home from Bravo Homes and then also having them complete…read morethe basement was about as pitch perfect as one could've hoped for. We found both the home office and the entire team of building professionals to be extremely conscientious, extraordinarily customer-care oriented, and very meticulous in every aspect of the construction process. They welcomed input and did everything in their power to make the whole basement project as unobtrusive as possible (while we were living in the home). Bravo Homes kept us informed as to how things were proceeding and exhibited a strong sense of "wanting to do things the right way" rather than taking shortcuts to make it "easier." As a result, we now live in a beautiful, solid, well-built home that we love. We would stress that this is an honest, fair company that does their dead level best to build a quality home conforming to the highest of industry standards and that they are exceedingly attentive in making sure the customer is 100 percent satisfied. That was our experience. And what better endorsement can there be than to state unequivocally that we would buy another of their homes in a heartbeat---and that says it all.

I highly recommend the services of Nancy Vitrano of VDesign for home remodeling services. Both the…read moredesign and construction aspect of my whole house remodel were top notch. Nancy carefully listened to me and from that detailed consultation was able to translate what was in my head to paper effortlessly. She provided expert assistance with areas in which I was uncertain without compromising my personal style. By incorporating pieces of furniture and artwork already in the home, she was able to infuse the space with new life and energy in the updated design while saving me from unnecessary spending. Nancy is a highly professional project manager. She was accessible throughout the process, fun to work with and displayed exceptional skill and expertise in her field. She was able to capture my thoughts and ideas and bring them to life in a way that truly transformed my house into a home. I have undergone three previous remodels with two other designers and the final product each time left me wanting. After completing this remodel with Nancy Vitrano, I finally feel as if I don't want or need to change a thing. I walk into my home each day with genuine happiness and gratitude. It began to literally spring random holes within the first several weeks and then these weird micro cracks and weird look especially when wet. Then after the first very first winter it began to literally crumble. You can just sweep away bits of the driveway. He never responded to any phone calls or emails. Not to mention left the worst mess of concrete splashed onto my garage eves and the sides of my house. Plus, when he was restaining my cement patio also stained the side of my garage with it. The best part was that a fight nearly broke out on the pour day over not enough water in the truck. Which I have come to find out that is why my driveway looks like shit. The mixture was too dry which caused it to dry too quickly and be too brittle. I don't understand why you would continue to pour knowing the mixture was bad. Just a terrible person and company. I spent way too much money to be so disappointed. Also, they were supposed to remove old gate posts during the process because a new one was going in but they decided they couldn't get one of them out so they just re cemented it in with the new driveway. So then when the fence company came out they had to cut into my brand new driveway to remove the post. To place a new, larger post. Not their fault. Should have been removed with the driveway. Please do not hire Michael Saunders. This driveway was done in June 2023. Only 2.5 years old and I was meticulous about the care of it since I saved for a long time to replace my old one.
