So I take it to a local mechanic who shows me that the lug was clearly cut off and the swaying I was experiencing was due to my back wheels were both loose and ready to fall off. When I brought this to the attention of an employee at Monroe, they're excuse was my lug nuts must be old or it was over torqued and broke off but if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay for it. Not happy that they won't correct their mistakes. I keep hearing bad experiences about them but didn't want to believe until it happened to me. I'm a believer now.

I called these guys back and it was such an easy and simple process. Other than the initial phone call the whole process was 15 minutes. The driver showed up on time and paid me the cash that we discussed and provided a detailed receipt. The car was loaded on their tow truck within 15 minutes.
